The location was great and the apartments were clean and well furnished. Although the suite itself was very nice, clean and nicely furnished, our stay was unfortunately very frustrating and disappointing. I was sharing what was to be a beautiful and relaxing 2 days with my fiance in the apartments. We chose the suite style booking so we could spend more time in the accommodations ie: sleeping in and relaxing in a comfortable, quiet and nice atmosphere; however our stay was furthest from that. Every morning starting around 7:30-8am until late afternoon with a break around noon we were shakin from our beds from the constant drilling and hammering going on right outside our windows on the 7th floor. We couldn't even have a conversation due to the extreme noise. This completely destroyed our romantic morning and day time we wanted to share together and was obviously extremely frustrating because nothing could be done about it according to the management. "The workers were just doing their jobs" If we had known this was going to take place there is no way we would have ever considered staying at the G Suites. For the price and luxury label of the apartments we were very disappointed we were not informed and moreover felt there was a lack of consideration from the management to provide for a high quality luxury experience that we had eagerly anticipated. Unfortunately when the management was made aware of the situation there was no apparent effort made to try to compensate us for this incredible inconvenience that really made our highly anticipated and romantic trip to New York a distaster. I hope the G Suites can offer us a solution that would make us feel whole, honored and satisfied for this unfortunate situation.

Great location Quiet street yet accessible to everything Bldg unit sizable good layout Full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit is a treasure when staying in the city For the corporate traveler...Wifi and cable TV questionable not easily accessible. A dresser or closet shelves would be helpful for clothing Lighting an issue due to certain outlets short circuited. Some lamps were without light bulbs upon arrival. All of the above easily maintained prior to clients check in.

I liked the space and the decor. The bed was not clean and set properly.I Feel they should have a fitted sheet as the bed sheet was not tucked in at all.The duvet cover was not good. In the bathroom there was not bathroom mat. In the kitchen no kitchen napkins. No proper contact and information given. My email was replied back by mr Eran Suki.

We were 5 in apartment 9b. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough that we could have been 6 in the room. After reading the previous reviews, we can say that: room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were enough towels and the kitchen was correctly equipped. Everything seemed new (ikea style). You indeed cannot control the heating in the room but it looked like the heating was closed on March the 31st. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment building. Hence, there is no front desk as such but there is always a guardian at the door. Subway line 6 on 28th street is just a few minutes away. No soap in the bathroom or kitchen towel to wash our dishes (but there is a dishwasher!). If you plan on walking to visit ny, it is not the closest apartment to Time Square but if you are a party of 5 or 6, you don`t have much choice of places to stay!

The apartment - 7H - was clean and comfortable. The mattresses were wrapped, which I appreciated. There were plenty of towels, soap, etc. even though we brought our own soap because of previous reviews. The doorman was friendly and check-in was easy. All of the appliances were new and still had the labels on them. The apartment was decorated in a very modern style, all IKEA I believe. I like clean lines and this certainly had it. It was spacious enough for my family of 5, but then again, we were really just sleeping there and watching tv. We stayed one night and ate out for each meal. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and silverware, which my kids used for a midnight snack. The beds were very comfortable and so was the pull out sofa that my daughter slept on. I like the modern style and the building was being decorated in a modern style as well. Parking is not included but we found a spot on the street without an issue and the best part was that it was free! There are tons of places to eat in the area and we tried several of them. They were all good! The area is very walkable and there are lots of people around at all hours. We were out until about 11:45 pm and up early and there were still many people around. They could use a couple of extra blankets - there was only one for the pull out and another would have been helpful. The building is still under construction so maybe once it is finished the hallway noise will not echo so much, but there were two people and a little kid talking somewhere in the hallway that I could not see from our door and it was as if they were inside the apartment with us. It was soooo loud, and it was 2:00 in the morning. Another "neighbor" decided to start chatting at 4:00 am, about an hour or so after the others stopped. There was also a lot of street noise which was very audible through the closed window. I think the windows need to be thicker or something because we were on the 7th floor and it was as if the car alarm was going off right outside the window. Ambulances and other emergency vehicles went by too and we could hear a lot of it. Between the echo from the hallway and the outside noise, none of us slept well. That was the biggest drawback to staying here. I probably got about 2 hours of interrupted sleep in all. If they could do something about the noise insulation, then I would probably return.

Decor was nice and comfortable beds. It was under construction, nobody was there to greet us and we had to look for the person who had our keys, we wasted more then 30min...There was no heat for a full 24hrs so no shower (no hot water). Only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no kitchen cloth to dry dishes...

I liked the design of the apartment The staff was nice I liked the deep bath tub! Definitely a very nice feature of the apartment. I did not know about the renovation going on, it was written nowhere! That's a big No-Go! For the money I spent I was really inconvenienced! Especially because you tried to give me a flat right next to one being renovated. The one I had in the end, just got done or so, so many lamps were not plugged in. The heat didn't work at first. Again, not good considering that I've spend 580 Dollars for 3 nights!

The bed was comfortable. There is no staff on site. For problems you are referred to a cell phone number which is not answered. When you finally reach the manager, he makes promises which he does not keep. The location is exceedingly noisy. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. No soap, toilet paper. Stay away from this place unless you are a student on spring break.

Brand new unit, still finishing remodeling the building (Jan 2013), I think we were the first tenants. Location is great, appliances are great (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven microwave and fridge). Highly recommend. Hope the price doesn't go up when construction is finished. A few quircks still need to be resolved.. fire alarm went off 3 times when toasting bread. Nothing major..

clean, modern, lots of utilities, towel, iron, hairdryer, large kitchen and good sized bathroom. comfy bed and large bedrooms with good views of the city the problem is this place is still a building site, you step out of the front door and there are builders in the corridors. The whole block is being renovated and you can tell it will be amazing but during our stay there were no mirrors on the walls, things still in wrapping due to be fixed into the apartment etc

- Spacious suites - Good location - Proper furnished suites - 24/7 doorman NOT reception - Good furniture - Staff are rude - Manager is rude - Suites are located in a normal residential building not in a proper designed hotel building - Cleaning services not included with total price. So they charge for cleaning - No guest services such as room service, no one to help with luggage, or guest relations. It’s just apartment rentals in a normal neighborhood in a normal residential building - Limited TV Channels - Apartments are not ready; hole in the bathroom wall, wires hanging in the wardrobe, and holes in the ceiling - Only one TV (in the living room) no TV in bedroom - Kitchenware not clean - Not a good value of money comparing to the services that are missing

It was large and spacious. Clean and new, good location The bathroom was not finished and the faucet fell off so we could not shower. Would like a small refund for the inconvenience. Only had one tv, not many channels to choose from. Unlike a hotel you could not come back and relax for awhile and watch tv.

On s'habitue rapidement.
