Great location if you want to stay close to upper manhattan. lot´s of space.
it was clean, but the linen was yellowish white. the hot water came after one day. don´t get me wrong, it is great, but it´s not Waldorff Astoria.

Been nice apartment but now tired, heating and aircon basic and no door on master bed (been ripped off!).
kitchen, a lot of space, large bed, modern design, safe place, free parking in front of the hotel on the street during the night, fitness, nice lobby and doormen staff
dirty walls, the apartmnet wasn´t really cleaned when we arrived, broken lamp, TV was not working, bad Wi-Fi, we were 4 and had only 3 blankets and when we asked for extra one we didn´t get it, windows could´t be opened much, noise from the street

It was too noisy thru out the day.
The staff in the building was very friendly and helpful.
There was no hot water for us to shower on our last day and the owner would not call to help solve the issue. We sent a complaint in and asked for a partial refund but still haven't heard anything.
Location - everything is in a walk distance. Staff made everything as easy as possible, from booking to arriving. No surprises. Facilities - everything is brand new, good external area 24-7 clerk ready to help Apartment equipped with good decides such as washing machine, microwave oven, etc. Would definitely stay there again and totally recommend it.

The apartment wasn't brilliantly clean and it took two requests to be given clean towels.

New york city is quit noisy, there wasn't enough kitchen equipment available to cook.
As a family of five with adult children the size of the two bedroom apartment was adequate. The room was clean. Proximity to subway station was good.
The apartment has a full kitchen, in good condition, but the inventory of equipment was inadequate. There were no oven trays, not enough cutlery, several items of crockery were chipped, not enough glasses (plastic wine glasses!) and the options when it came to cookware was insufficient. To advertise as a full kitchen surely means you must be able to use it! There was no towel rail. (I think this is noted in reviews some months ago). When I attempted to discuss these issues with the person who handed us the keys on arrival, her ability to comprehend what I was talking about was not possible because of her limited English. There was no way of controlling the heating in the apartment, one room the heater didn't function and despite it being freezing outside, the apartment was stuffy. For our departure we asked the doorman to arrange taxis for airport transfer, he arranged private transport at a considerable higher cost. We negotiated a price but felt ripped off. I would not stay at G suites again and would not recommend them to other travellers. Not value for money.
Great location, garage parking locally was reasonably priced as parking is not included. Few local shops covered all basic needs.
We were staying in a 2 bedroom suite with small children and my mother. One of the bedroom doors had been broken off and no explanation or apology. Asked front desk to order us a cab to take us into the theatre, the cab never arrived and no one could tell me if it had definitely been booked.
the staff were very flexible with check in and helpful reserving cab back to airport...also very friendly
minor items...the main bed was a full/queen...we thought we had rented an apartment with a king bed....and the internet was poor which was mildly annoying for our older children

The Concierge has nothing to do with the flats let via Booking.com, I also though the flat was serviced, but there was no servicing during the stay, only when leaving. The housekeeper does not live on the premises and could only be reached via cell phone. Not enough towels, tea towels, toilet paper
- location, place was large and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Neighbourhood was quite yet central. There were lots of great little restaurants around the Suites and the comfortable beds.
Smoke detectors were disabled, no cold water, toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, dryer didn't work, kitchen light was burned-out, TV remote didn't work, requested a taxi for 600am for the airport - didn't happen. With improved quality control (note n=1) this would be a great place to stay.
