The room was clean and comfortable with all that one could need, just rather small in size The lobby facility is tiny, which is ok but an effort should be made to brighten it up.the ground floor room we had was very noisy and the blinds dont lock out all the light |

Central llocation, clean room and comfortable bed. And the airconditioning worked during two hot days. Broadband was down over the weekend stay.No breakfast room at the hotel.. |

Location The internet connection was awful. The internet would go on a while, then disappear or else not go on at all. I tried both wireless and ethernet. I complained every day of my 4-day stay. The front desk could only call the technical help off-site, which yielded little relief. I was extremely frustrated. At the end I was given $10 off a night for the glitch. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Decent room size for a NYC hotel. Nothing major, but parking was a little inconvenient. |

Convient to everything - subway lines, etc; great location, great concierge service - so very helpful re. suggestions of places to eat, sights to see. Very accommodating to special requests. Nothing - it was great. |

Prettige bedden, niet te warm op de kamer en gratis internet Sfeerloos hotel, geen lobby/bar, kleine kamers en verouderde badkamer. Ligging is redelijk maar niet optimaal. |

Ottima posizione vicina a SoHo e alla metropolitana per Uptown. Relativamente tranquilla. Piccolo albergo, piccole stanze ma funzionali e pulite Cortesia un po' "standard" dell'impiegato di turno. Ma non è grave |

Locatie is erg goed. Precies op de grens van SoHo, NoHo, Little Italy, China Town. Bordje "niet storen" wordt gerespecteerd, en kamer word altijd schoongemaakt Waarschijnlijk is het typisch New York, maar de kamer is klein en benauwd (geen te openen ramen). Onderhoud kan beter (badkamertegels vallen bijna van de muur) en de schoonmaak kan iets grondiger (vaker schoon beddengoed). |

Vänlig personal, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, tjänstvillig - kanonläge om man gillar SoHo, NoHo, Little Italy och Chinatown ( downtown Manhattan) Bokade hotellrummet till priset 209 USD 2 dagar, förlängde boendet 3 dagar och debiterades 389 USD per dygn utan jag blev informerad om prishöjningen i samband med extension. Mycket obehagligt och utcheckningen tog en 1 tim med mycket diskussion med receptionspersonal som till sist fick avstå från "prishöjningen". Gav väldigt dålig eftersmak på en i övrigt mycket trivsam vistelse på The Gem. |

Gastvrij Hotel waar men hartelijk ontvangen wordt. Kleinschalig.Denken mee over activiteiten en hebben tips Hotel is gelegen in een hippe levendige buurt.Shoppen en uitgaan. |

Hotel bien situé, chambres petites mais bien aménagées. personnel charmant.Très bonne insonorisation des chambres mis à part un airco assez bruyant.. Chambres confortables dotées d'une excellente literie. On peut regretter l'exiguité du lobby.Pas de petits-déjeuners mais très agréables endroits à proximité pour les prendre. |

Bien situé dans un quartier en plein renouveau. Métro à proximité ainsi qu´un immense supermarché bio ! Isolation sonore (fenetre) un peu faible. |

Situation idéale. Quartier agréable. Pas de petit déjeuner servi à l'hotel mais un super marché avec cafétéria à 100 mètres. Chambres pour 4 personnes (2 grands lits) idéal séjour avec enfants. Pas de réfrigérateur et de bar dans la chambre. |

La proximité métro, restaurant,avec possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner juste en face de l'hotel dans un supermarché bio. Le quartier est sympa. Le bruit car trop près d'une artère à grande circulation. |
