La ubicación del hotel. La habitación es buena, La atención del señor (Ramón, ayuda con el equipaje)es excelente, por el dominio del idioma Español facilita el entendimiento con el personal de la recepción,además de ser un señor muy amable.Seria bueno colocaran maquinas con alimentos frios y dulces para el uso sobre todo en la noche. Mi hermano se rasguño fuerte la pierna con un clavo que salia de la silla en la habitación se le notifico a dos de las personas de la recepción y no tuvo atención primaria es decir, alcohol, algodon, desinfectante, solo se reparó la silla. Me acreditaron a mi tarjeta dos veces el monto del hotel y por tal motivo me bloquearon la tarjeta por lo cual tuve que pagar en efectivo la mitad del costo. |

Central llocation, clean room and comfortable bed. And the airconditioning worked during two hot days. Broadband was down over the weekend stay.No breakfast room at the hotel.. |

Location The internet connection was awful. The internet would go on a while, then disappear or else not go on at all. I tried both wireless and ethernet. I complained every day of my 4-day stay. The front desk could only call the technical help off-site, which yielded little relief. I was extremely frustrated. At the end I was given $10 off a night for the glitch. |

Convient to everything - subway lines, etc; great location, great concierge service - so very helpful re. suggestions of places to eat, sights to see. Very accommodating to special requests. Nothing - it was great. |

It was very quiet for that end of town and extremely clean vs Soho Suites where we usaully stay - so great all around! It has steps up to reception and no porter therefore is you have heavy bags difficult to get to . although a managed lift was available. |

The room I got was very nice and appeared to have recently been remodeled. I was very comfortable and very clean. Everyone that worked there was very accomidating and very nice. |

Very good location... centraly located in Manhatan: walking distance from Little Italy, Soho and a metro station. Very clean and modern furniture. Nice whirlpool / bubble bath... good ratio Quality/Price Rooms a bit small but no a big deal when you are in NY... bed a bit small for 2 persons (140cm) but quite confortable. |

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that one day housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 4:30 when we came back to our room to rest. I thought it should have been clean by then. Not a big deal. I definitely plan on staying there in the future. |
