Unreasonably high price. Should be twice as less at least.

This was a great place to stay. Metro, restaurants and a Whole Foods was two blocks away. JFK Performing Arts theater was three blocks away. I am an single female and my friend is female. We walked back to our hotel after dark and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and gave great advice on things to do.

Bathroom a little dated, but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Key cards for room kept malfunctioning and so kept getting locked out of room and having to go down to reception to reprogramme them

The hotel was well situated and the staff extremely accommodating and friendly. The Metro was within easy walking distance and there were a number of good restaurants within walking distance. Also a shopping mall. I liked the touch of fresh fruit in the foyer every morning.

Convenient location: within walking distance of the Mall and Georgetown and a block away from Foggy Bottom station (with direct access to DCA).

No bellboy to help with bags, no valet to help park car, no breakfast, room was dingy and dirty and smaller than advertised. We checked out early.

The location is excellent. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. They helped make our stay at the GWU Inn a pleasant experience. Having the little mini kitchen (microwave & fridge) is great. The room was clean and pleasant. I had stayed in the hotel 10 years ago and liked it, so when I was looking for a hotel I looked it up.

Break fast to be complimentary we assumed as complimentary breakfast latter They have added in our bill. while check out. when asked the manager was also confused unable to answer our query.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms nice and big. Very convenient to Metro. Good restaurants near by. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Kennedy Center. Could walk to Georgetown one way, the White House the other way.

The rug on the floor is worn that I slipped many times walking around the room, bathroom floor was slippery too. The heater didn't work correctly until we figured out we had to lower the thermostat to raise the heat

The location was superb,nverey close to the foggy bottom metro station.nin walking distance to M street. Close to the watergate building and front? The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was good

The service was excellent and the location superb. It is in a college neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Checking in and out was efficient and all the staff was polite and helpful. The Metro is one block away. The hotel is older, but clean. It is the best small hotel I have experienced.

Exterior signage made it hard to find hotel- just make note / highlight in advance info before arrival to be aware of this and look only for street number.

convenient to the Kennedy Center Restaurant attached was exceptional for dinner and drinks after the show, but breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
