We did not have a bad experience, but a long length mirror in the fabulous closet would have been nice. Also, a make up mirror in the bathroom would put this hotel over the top
The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very nice, the room was spacious, the closet was to die for, and the price was fair.
Our wifi would not work but we easily moved to a room that had a connection
So spacious and comfortable Colin on reception Lovely Anthony who was always there to help us
Valet left car in the rain for us to get in.
Excellent visit all around. Good environment, good food, great room, great location. Heart of Atlanta but felt like home.
Its a historic hotel about 6 blocks from the downtown.
Staff went far and above to make our stay enjoyable.
Things were clean but dated. Details when cleaning were overlooked. For instance, wiping down the outside of the toilet tank didn't happen- there was a contact stuck to the side of it for a couple days until I removed it. The linens (shower curtain, towels, and sheets) were all very worn. Clean, but old.
Amazing view of the Fox from our room in the front corner of the building. Our room was ROUND! How cool is that! Good walking distance to downtown or Piedmont Park. Easy use of the parking garage.
No barista to make good coffee in the morning (only automated machine stuff), Blinds in the room

The older guy in the parking deck was rude.
Everything was nice. We celebrate my daughter 10th Birthday.my daughter and friends had a blast.
It was a great location loved everything about it the fact we could walk to everything around also two restaurants and bar right down stairs. We had a two bedroom it more then enough room for about 10 people and it was only 2 of us
I had to keep calling to the front desk to get in my room
Rooms are looing dated. The first suite we were given had a problem with the A/C and it took too long to be resolved (we were moved to a different room eventually). There were issues with one bathroom sink (no draining - the cleaning staff should have requested repair, not wait for guest to request). Bathroom drawer was filthy, and was not cleaned despite request. On second morning, used towels and bath mat, which were hung up , were removed, but not replaced. No second roll of toilet paper was provided in either bathroom. Wifi internet reception too poor to use in our location. I had to request a fifth set of sheets and towels even though I had indicated 2 couples plus one 5-yr old child. Over the course of 2 days, I never managed to get a response when calling the concierge desk
the location is very convenient, a reason why we keep coming back. On site restaurant very nice. Hotel is undergoing floor-by-floor renovations. We hope this will restore the standards we experienced before. When I calmly mentioned the various problems at check-out, I was given a 20% room discount right away. Bell stand staff was very responsive and polite.
Comfortable hotel, helpful staff, rooftop pool excellent
Very close to the Fox. Extremely nice- 5 star feel. Only 20-40 dollars more than the Hotel Indigo, but a much better experience. For a special occasion, or just a really nice night out, choose the Georgian Terrace.
Classic elements of archictecture with an emphasis on comfort. Great, romantic hotel with rooms up high that provide a great view. The room was on the end, corner so the bedroom was in a circle, round configuration with a lot of windows an light
Hotel is right across the street from the FOX theater and great restaurants right down the street.
We had drinks and dinner at P&P, we were met by friendly staff (Jason) and he helped us pick perfect cocktails, and the atmosphere was fun. We later sat on the patio at the Livingston and that was equally enjoyable!
The only little complaint we have would be the choices available on the Dinner Menu, possibly very good for USA diners but very little that we felt suited us.
Everything, staff friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast choices, well presented, Upgraded room! In good location for places we wanted to see.
I had to check into three rooms before I got one that was acceptable. The rooms were poorly maintained and disgustingly dirty.
I was almost charged for valet parking and I didn't drive there, lol. I laugh but if I didn't catch that mistake on the invoice that was slipped under my door, I would've been even more upset. So I appreciate the invoice and the amazing service when fixing the issue.
The staff was VERY professional and friendly even when I had an issue to address. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.
no bath, no fridge, no extras, phone didn't work, old sheets, noisey shower. Doors that didn't close properley. We were unimpressed by everything except the exterior of the building
only disadvantage is the outdated gym equipment
The comfort and friendliness of the staff.
During booking appointment receptionist stated that hotel did possess customary "shuttle" service to/from downtown attractions. Shuttle is not of a customary shuttle service...more of a personal valet service. Outside activity such as police/fire sirens were annoying...but hotel can't really control this. Next time I'll ask for more interior quiet room. Thanks
Cost:Benefit ratio was very good. Good value with respect to hotel's location, security, stature, cleanliness and amenities.
On the way down, we asked the price about parking from someone in your hotel and was quoted $30 overnight, but no one told us that we'd have to check car out by noon, which defeated our business trip situation. So we drove the car to GWCC so we would not have to pay you $12/ hr after checking out. The drive from your hotel to GWCC that morning, took 90 min. I could have driven from my home in Marietta with less time. It would have been nice to have known that info from our phone call and we could have parked at North Springs Marta and paid nothing, walked to station from your hotel, which was planned instead of having to drive to GWCC and been on time.
Loved the view of pool and device
I should have requested firm pillows
