I should have requested firm pillows
Location to Fox Theatre
There was someone in our room sleeping when my wife opened the door. It went south from there. They gave us a free breakfast but should have gave us the night for free. It was a good Facebook story and the pic of the guy in the bed with an ice pack on his knee was classic!
Building and location
No help with luggage. View of roof. 282.00 extra charge to my debit card. Phone in room did not work.locked out of room by faulty keys. Bad attitude to do anything to make me and my wife happy on our anniversary !!! Poooor service.
It is directly opposite my favorite place in Atlanta , the fox theatre.
The bed was super. Staff was very accommodating.
Remodeling under my room- the banging at 7:00 am was ridiculous. I was at the hospital until 2 and wanted to sleep in but that did not happen.
The bed was horrible! I mean horrible....pretty sure the mattress was very old as it was completely sunken in the middle. When we told the staff, they didn't seem to care much. The hotel is old and not updated. Our room was small and did not meet our expectations at all considering how much we paid to stay there. We would not stay here again, even if the location is supposed to be good. You also had to pay $25 to self-park for 1 day. So, our recommendation is to find somewhere else.
Upgraded to a huge room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The room was nice, but was too far from the elevator. One on the bathrooms had been updated, but the other was not.
Friendly staff and room.
Bad neighborhood, limited dining facilities and hotel needs some updating
The Georgian Terrace Hotel has it all! We were so delighted with our stay, I can't say enough good things. Amazing views throughout, super friendly staff, pristine site, free wifi, and comfortable beds. They do charge extra for valet parking, but there is also public parking is available across the street. Also has several cafes/bars/eateries nearby.
Rooms were a little of dated
Nice vocation... Great staff...
I didn't like the shower head... They really need to be replaced, other than that it a great hotel
Everything was great! Perfect location from all attractions for a good price, not to mention the history behind the hotel that we had no idea about. Overall we very satisfied with the location, the room, the staff and the rooftop pool with an incredible view.
Great hotel and service by the staff.
P & P in the basement had horrible service. So bad we walked out.....
The spacious rooms. The location, the view from my room and the view from the pool. Wonderful hotel we will be back.
When it was time to leave.
Staff was kind and professional.
Maybe they were remodeling from the top down, but on the 2nd floor the tub faucet dripped, the sink was VERY slow in draining, and the phone wouldn't call anywhere in the hotel. After talking with front desk in person all was corrected quickly.
I appreciated the convenience of the location.
I was disappointed that my room did not include a bath tub. The pedestal sink was inconvenient, I had no place to set out toiletries and make-up.
We arrived and booking.com had told us our room was 113 per night with 75 parking. When we arrived we were asked to pay 750 dollars in advance due to charges we were not informed of.
It was my first time at The Terrace. Only dinner, The Fox, and breakfast. We received an unexpected upgrade to an amazing two bedroom apartment. Wish we could have spent the whole month!
What's not to like?!!
It was wonderful to be able to walk across to The Fox! Kids loved the location and staff was great!
The architecture of the building is what really stood out the most to me (made it a unique experience). The fact that we got the 18th floor made that experience even better with a great view outside our windows. Staff were very professional, and everything was efficient.
My only complaint is that we didn't get the best of service at the restaraunt proof and provision, mainly because it looked like there was only one waiter. Also wasn't a big fan of hearing the ambulance sirens frequently since there's a hospital not far from the hotel, but there's not really anything that could be done about that.
The location was great walking distance to many places.
The parking arrangement was not so good it was a event going on at the fox theater and so they were charging them $20 to park in the parking garage and I was a guest at the hotel charged me $25 and their parking was better than mines.
The location was nice. I enjoyed learning the history of the hotel. Great view from my window.
I was quite dissaponted to take cold showers both nights of my stay. I was exhausted when I arrived so I didn't complain hoping it was a fluke. The next night it was the same.....I knew it would be my last shower before checking out and I was OVER it. The hotel is very pricey to have to give up the comfort of a hot shower!
Rooms need a full length mirror!! Also towels were not soft - hurt my face:( Otherwise I love coming here!
I booked the room as part of a Christmas present for my little sister. I wanted us to be able to walk to the Fox theatre. Not only is it right across the street but it is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and the beds were so comfy!!! Will definitely be staying again!
It was busy so check in time took a while.
