Rooms are looing dated. The first suite we were given had a problem with the A/C and it took too long to be resolved (we were moved to a different room eventually). There were issues with one bathroom sink (no draining - the cleaning staff should have requested repair, not wait for guest to request). Bathroom drawer was filthy, and was not cleaned despite request. On second morning, used towels and bath mat, which were hung up , were removed, but not replaced. No second roll of toilet paper was provided in either bathroom. Wifi internet reception too poor to use in our location. I had to request a fifth set of sheets and towels even though I had indicated 2 couples plus one 5-yr old child.
Over the course of 2 days, I never managed to get a response when calling the concierge desk
the location is very convenient, a reason why we keep coming back. On site restaurant very nice.
Hotel is undergoing floor-by-floor renovations. We hope this will restore the standards we experienced before.
When I calmly mentioned the various problems at check-out, I was given a 20% room discount right away.
Bell stand staff was very responsive and polite.
