Livingstons restaurant and bar. Great foo and excellent staff.
Staff provided superb service.. very personable. Accommodations and location are excellent upgraded to 2 bedroom 2 bath suite!!
Can walk or train ride to multiple restaurants & attractions. There for an event @ the Fox Theatre- directly across the street. Food & drink businesses right on the property. excellent staff Great architecture/ history to bldg.
Full bed for a couple ? Whats up with that ? Could have easily fit a Queen/ King size in room and make customers feel like they are getting there monies worth. No in room safe for valuables. Windows screwed shut- could not enjoy weather. No mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Overpriced parking
Room was cute (petite room) and clean, staff was really nice. We had a great time and will stay there again!
Location across the street from the Fox Theater.
I like the courtesy of the staff. The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel across from Fox .
The bathroom did not have bars or towel holders near the tub.
Check-in and lobby staff including front door staff were really kind and helpful.
The dining room was a mistake. Service was next to nothing and cool at that while desserts were only passable.
Location and ambiance
No complimentary coffee or tea!
coffee from Mims downstairs. Location across from Fox Theater
Coffee machine in room malfunctioned.
We really liked the hotel and I wish we could say we will be back. The location is perfect!
Booked a 2bedroom luxury suite (we travelled with our 2kids (6&8) and wanted to get some privacy just to find out we had to sleep in 2 separate rooms (not a suite). They were on the same floor but not right by each other, that's not what we booked and it kind of messed up our weekend.if I book a 2bedroom luxury suite that's what I expect to get, not 2 separate hotel rooms
Gym No trademile
Staff are welcoming, accommodating, responsive. If your stay includes a show at the Fox Theater, you can't get any closer.
The hotel location The view from my room at the 17th floor The decor The history of this hotel
Very slow service at breakfast My bill was charged with 3 parkings which i did not use The room did not have a desk
The atmosphere and style reflected in the history of the building is great. The beautiful heritage is everywhere.
Staff are slow to react and inconsistent in their service. Room was not clean properly needed to call the manager. The property needs a fresh touch.
The staff is helpful and room is neat. Location is perfect for those who want to see the main landmarks in Atlanta. Highly recommended.
We were in town for a show at the Fox Theater. So this is about as convenient a location as you can get! We had a wonderful comfy room with great view.
The only thing I can remotely complain about was the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday morning. We walked in at 9 am, and before seating us the hostess informed us that she needed to ask the kitchen if they would be able to prepare our meal. A little bizarre? But she said there were several large wedding parties that were also eating then. I would think they would plan ahead for that. We were seated and everything was fine with the server and our meal.
Spacious rooms and historical architecture of building.
I had someone call my room pretending to be a hotel worker from front desk and get my credit card information, when the hotel already knew of the possibility of this happening but never warned me.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was great.
The bed was not a queen and slept horrible. The blinds in the windows were bent and crumpled. The lighting in the bathroom was dim at best. I realize it's an old historic hotel, but I expected more for the money.
Room size, Location, Decor
Staff seemed a bit preoccupied upon arrival. Night staff was amazing though!
old town feel
construction on the floors above :( vending machines don't take anything over a $1
The location was good.
This hotel is in serious disrepair. We moved out of our first room because it was horrendous and looked like maintenance hadn't been done in 40 years, into a "remodeled" room, but it was readily apparent it was a half-hearted facelift. The old carpet was still in the room, the door clasp was broken (looked like someone had previously broken into the room as three of the four screws were missing and the door jam was busted up). Why on earth would a hotel on a busy city street not install sound proof windows, I don't know but this place didn't. From 30 feet away the room looks great, but upon normal inspection it's clear the fit and finish needs a lot of work...or just better craftsmen? The towels are old and worn, the carpet stained, the door was broke, no refrigerator or ice bucket, etc etc. This place purports to be a top-level hotel, but it is not....one can get a better room at an average La Quinta. Oh yeah, the television service was a joke, no HD, and almost all channels were grainy. We left seriously disappointed.
Location is amazing
People talking in the hallways didn't let me sleep one night
The location, the staff, and the atmosphere, all of these were wonderful.
There were no handicap bars available in the showers. I recently broke my femur and need some sort of "protection" when I take a shower. There were no showers available that even had bars in them. While the staff tried to help in every way they could it was still a little scary for me when taking a shower.
The convenience location and the comfort of the room and warm personalities of the staff
The wait time for the elevator
