Location is amazing
People talking in the hallways didn't let me sleep one night
The convenience location and the comfort of the room and warm personalities of the staff
The wait time for the elevator
The moment I spoke to Antoinette over the phone, I knew my stay was going to be special. Aside from the poorly trained barista at Mim's and no working ice machines or actual vending machines on my floor, this hotel will remain my only choice whenever I visit Atlanta. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Lack of vending machines.
The rooftop pool and the view from there in the evening were excellent.
Staff: no bell man was able to carry our luggage to and from our room
Brent the Concierge was fantastic, never steered us wrong. 2 bdrm 2 bath suite was perfect set up for 2 friends to get together after having not seeing each other for 3+ years. Everything was a short cab ride or within walking distance.
No rooftop bar at the pool.
very nice hotel and friendly staff
as the parent of a young boy, I was extremely disappointed to show up and realize it is Black Gay Pride weekend at the property. I would have liked to have been informed of this at time of booking.
lack of sleep
The location was great; near all the attractions of the zoo, aquarium, etc.
Housekeeping came to clean the room while we were out. Someone left the pillows on the floor, didn't give us fresh washcloths and towels. A rag was left in the kitchen area, not sure what was cleaned with it.
Staff members were friendly and helpful. And the location was ideal for walking and exploring midtown Atlanta.
Room was great. Views were beautiful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We loved it!
Location was good
Check in delayed , i arrived at 12:30 pm they told me the room is not ready you can go out until 3:00 oclock so i went out until that time them i came back found it not ready so i staied untit 5:00pm
It is a very pretty hotel with great history.
the room is so small that it is not functional. hall noise is terrible.
Size of room. On site resturants Location
We were unable to connect to wifi in our room.
Pool was a little dirty.
Amazing hotel, probably the biggest and most comfortable room I've ever had in my life (bigger than your typical 1 bedroom apartment in Paris!) The gastronomic restaurant is delicious for a bargain! We did arrive at 6AM in the morning and they even checked us early, free of charge!
Nothing, best hotel experience ever... And I travel a LOT, trust me!
The hotel is quite beautiful and well located. Taxi service easy to access and ambience around the premises okay.
The staff were extremely rude and the front desk was a nightmare. I will never stay there again as loads of guest were seen arguing about parking or billing issues, the receptionists were untrained and unprofessional for a hotel that charges so much. It's no value for money at all and a shame that the staff cannot match the wonderful decor and ambience of the hotel. The room service menu is a joke and stops at 10pm. And no refridgrator or microwave in the suite until another 25 dollar was paid. Also the cleaners took away much breakfast while I slept and the front desk said I should I have the do not disturb sign if I did pnt want ten cleaners coming in while I slept. A nightmare of a stay and I really think the place should be urgently overhauled or a lawsuit will be coming their way very soon.
Location. Opposite a great bar: Publik Draft House. And just a 3 minute walk to the station with a direct link to the airport. Bar: Proof and Provision,
The Georgian Terrace claimed not to have received the booking from Booking.com and it took at least 20 minutes to resolve this while I had to stand waiting in reception. I asked twice while I was staying at the hotel (verbally and by email) for contact details of Booking.com to try to ascertain how this had happened, but did not get a reply at the time. The way the hotel handled this left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I am still concerned to know that some hotels get their confirmation of reservations from Booking.com only by fax. This is a system that invites human error and undermines my faith in Booking.com too. Strange to have a bath without a plug: I thought that only happened in 3rd world countries.
I liked the overall look of the building itself and the location couldn't have been better. The entire staff was attentive to any request. We had an enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Georgian Terrace Hotel to our friends and relatives.
The hotel has a lovely historic décor that fits well with the location.
If you are looking for a casual dining experience, the menu is very limited and the selections are an odd combination. I was charged three nights valet and did not have a car, so check your bill.
The facility is beautiful with amazing views and a great location. Staff was very pleasant upon a late check in.
The room was quite small for the price but comfortable. Some areas seemed in disrepair and the coffee maker only brewed half a cup at a time. Parking is severely overpriced at $25/night, though convenient.
That it was across the street from The Fox, that they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen and in-room laundry room, the street level terrace, and roof-top pool.
Security needs to do better job of keeping smokers & glass away from pool area. A man sat right uner the No Smoking sign smoking a cigar & there were a group of women with glass beer bottles around the pool in the afternoon & glass wine glasses IN the pool that night.
Location and the food at the bar and restaurant.
Unfortunately the hotel didn't offer a shuttle service to AmericasMart anymore.
Size of room Gym Beautiful hotel
Old and not updated Room was very dusty and not that clean Blow dryer didn't work
