Ideally located in Times Square, this Manhattan hotel has a 24-hour front desk. Edison Hotel - Triumph Group is just an 8-minute walk from Rockefeller Center and a 10-minute walk from Bryant Park.

This 4-star New York hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the 2nd Avenue Lower East Side subway station. It features modern décor, an outdoor pool, and the Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya Japanese restaurant....

Argumentative staff and all night night construction project noise
The king room we stayed in was the largest I've encountered in NYC. Bathroom was very clean and modern, and the bed seemed larger than the typical king sized bed. Only 3 rooms on each floor made it seem more private which was nice.
Had some tv issues that were fixed by the maintenance guy (he was at the door in less than 2 minutes). Time Warner remote barely worked though.
The bed was super comfortable. The terrace is an added plus. Was able to check out a half hour late.
No view. Shower pressure low.
Location made all the main tourist attractions within walking distance.
on 4th day we found we had no hot water in our room. After 4 hours they moved us to a different room. We packed up everything and moved to a room also with out hot water. No hot water for the last 16 hours of our stay. No apologies. No offer of solution, I asked if they had a kettle we could use.
How close it was to everything. It was just 15min walk to anything we wanted to do
the lobby was a bit to hot in temperature
Location Staff Accommodation Comfort
can't think of any
Great hotel, got a great deal for dates I was there. Location is super convenient. Staff very attentive. WiFi very stable and great speed.
No Coffee in Room or Available at Lobby
Location. Clean. Friendly staff.
View of brick walls.
The room was cold and the temperature could not be adjusted
Perfect location to everything the city has to offer. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer. Will be the only place I stay in NYC if rooms are available
Location is just perfect, no need to get into details just look at the map. Very simple interior, stylish, no arabesques and pomposity so popular in the top brand hotels. Bathroom is great, clean, light and sanitary equipment is of a good quality.
Front desk girl authorized a deposit of $900, although we asked for a cash one and the total cost was around $400. We informed them in advance that we would pay in cash at a check out. It all was nothing for a front desk. As a result - First, due to the holidays season, it took our bank around 10 days to cancel the authorisation and $900 we frozen on the account so we were not able to use them. Second, we lost on the exchange rate. Advice to the hotel administration - please revise your policy. It is not foreign-guests friendly.
Love this boutique hotel in NY. Rooms are great, service is generally excellent and personalised and is in a great location.
Wi-fi strength is a little inconsistent, bar shuts a bit too early 10.30-11.00pm. Breakfast could be slightly better.
Balcony for each room
Rude staff including the GM
location is great, bed is comfortable
we were given 2nd floor and balcony was part of roof system that had access to other areas...and our window wouldn't lock. Also, its a "small thing" but other referencing hitting their leg on the bed frame that sticks out...my wife did it 3 times...and had a big bruise...door man was useless
Great hospitality, clean & comparable hotel
No coffee maker in a room
Location, location, location. Big room in NYC and a nice view (23rd fl)
Heating/cooling system very noisy. TV remote didn't work.
Just about everything
Wifi was poor
I was traveling alone and got upgraded a couple floors and it was really just magical
I love that it is a small hotel and the bed was just OUTSTANDING so comfortable, my daughter loved the shower as I did as well! Staff excellent we will be back!!! as my sister said it is a keeper for our stays in NYC and we are in ofter!
The size of the room and general position in the city.
Water took a long time to heat up and wi-fi signal in bedroom was extremely patchy. Construction noise could be heard throughout the night so be sure to ask for room at the back of the building.
Slow wireless network Overpriced for size of room
Just a few blocks away from Broadway & Times Square. Perfect away distance. Room was larger than most on the strip.
Quiet and calm little hotel but conveniently located for everything you need in midtown Manhattan. Rooms are reasonable size, simple and tastefully decorated. Very soft and comfortable bed. staff very helpful.
Water pressure weak, rooms facing back side can be dark on the lower floors. If facing street side, can be noisy, but that's typical of the city itself. some wear and tear is starting to show. AC system is very noisy.
The location was good. Right between 5th Ave & Madison. 46th Street feels a little off the beaten path, but it’s really just steps to the centre of action. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the room is a good size for downtown Manhattan. Clean, modern. Loved the big balcony and the windows that opened.
This hotel is pretty tiny - only three rooms on each floor. We had a front-facing room, which was great, but not sure that the back-facing rooms are all that great. Also, the front desk: some of the staff is very professional, but some are downright useless. One of the young ladies at the front desk steered us wrong several times (from restaurant recommendations to time required to get to the airport); and she seemed to argue with us every time we needed something, very annoying. The rest of the staff was cool, helpful.
the bed was so comfortable, the best we have ever slept in. The location was great.
We found it very expensive, which we don't mind paying but when there's not even a kettle to make yourself a cup of tea or a clock. That's a bit rich. Some of the staff in the restaurant appeared to not want to be there as well. Quite rude and unattentive.
