Score from 85 reviews Very good
Our room was very good. Hotel has an excellent location for access to nearby bars and restaurants and the Georgetown Waterfront. Taxi rank just 2 minutes walk away for trips to Washington monuments etc. All the staff were very freindly and helpful.
Prices of drinks in the room or at the roof top lounge are high, but I guess this is Washington DC
Location, roof bar, staff, valet parking.
Would have liked food at the roof bar.
Fantastic Location for Georgetown bars and restaurants and the downtown sites. Rooms were very clean and comfy. The rooftop bar awesome. All the staff made us feel so welcome and were friendly and helpful - especially Cherrod.
Great location with excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Gentle walk to white house and mall tourist attractions. Public transport also nearby. Hotel was perfect and offered room upgrade to suite on arrival. Fabulous experience!
Roof top bar area reserved and was asked if we'd move from our seats before 7.30pm on one occasion.
Clean, comfortable and great bathrooms.
Our room was under the roof terrace and smelled pretty smoky at night.
Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful.
Over priced. Never received maid service 1 out of 3 nights, very dark room, room service posted 11 pm cut-off, but was closed at 9:45 pm. Some staff very friendly, but some very snooty. Ver cold feeling hotel
The renovation, the location, big bathroom, the bar view
No area to rest in the room or in hotel lobby or bar; room has one chair; not sufficient light to read or work ; you stand or sleep!
The location. Good in-room coffee machine.
Poor administration, screw up bookings. Breakfast is a rip-off. Room not enough lights. Walls too thin, got complaints by neighbour of banging noise while handling luggages.
Location staff food bed and cozy.
They charged me for something I didn't use from the mini bar I told them about it and they canceled it from my bill when I checked out.
Grout in shower looked like it was rustes
The room was lovely and quiet, the wifi excellent. The bath accessories were lovely. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. The rooftop bar and lounge is a must with panoramic views of Washington DC and Georgetown as well as a nice selection of wines by the glass.
I wish I could have stayed another night!
Joseph was very pleasant and helpful. He showed kind attention and respect to hotel guest. Thank you Joseph and hope the Hotel Management will recognized your kind service. I am a happy guest... thank you Management of The Graham Georgetown... Great job !!! I will be back.
The service, the style, the roof terrace and the location.
Breakfast - facilities and food.
A strategic location providing access easily to all points of interest. Would it be the mall, Georgetown itself the water front....
The free basic wifi connexion was poor. But that wasn't a real problem
Great hotel located in the old & very nice part of Washington with river walking possibility and close to shopping area
Georgetown is great! Just around the corner is M street for Shopping. There is also a busstop for the bus that takes you directly to the White House if you want. The hotel was "très chic", stylish. Concierge was always very helpful and friendly. Nice little gadgets in the room: you could buy (for expensive $15) a shaver, oder underwear or a Cocktail Shaker. That was really fancy and distinguishes the hotel from others. There is also a roof top bar which must have a great view, but we didn´t go there.
ROOM CLEANING was the worst we have ever experienced! There are cards on the bed when you arrive that say if you wish a change of bed linen you should place it on the bed. One of our two beds got stained and so we placed the card on the bed. They made up the dirty bed linen and did not change it!!!!! (although the spot was highly visible!) On the first day the cleaning staff forgot their cleaning device in our bathroom - never had that before! We used the shower gel and body lotion and I expected it to be replaced with a new one the next day, but we received nothing! Unacceptable in a 4* hotel. We had a handicapped accessible double queen room which would be ok, but we had no need of it, honestly we would have prefered a regular room, because the shower in the bathroom had just a curtain (so that the shower is accessible) and therefore the bathroom was always flooded after 4 persons taking a shower. No make-up mirror in the bathroom. Not easy to put on make up. Could be more light in the room, Windwos are small, so we always had to turn on light even during daytime. There was not really a view out of the window, we had a brick wall infront of the it.
Great location and lovely decor. The roof terrace is also fantastic.
Staff not helpful, did not want to reserve a taxi, insisted on part of bill being paid in cash for no good reason and sent us to a CVS that was 20 minutes walk away when there was one close by!
Nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are very well furnished and generously sized. The white marbled bathroom was spacious and contained a deep retro bath - ideal for a good soak after a day on the go ! The roof top bar was funky with a good selection of cocktails.
Kids pressed wrong selection on the wifi option and front office staff refused to credit - it was only a small amount of money ( 9.99 ) but really shouldn't have been levied upon us. The chambermaid didn't service our room until 5pm on one day during our stay which was a little frustrating.
The was great
roof bar great location friendly staff good breakfast on 1st day
couldn't get breakfast on final morning as dining area too crowded
Loved the boutique style hotel, it's proximity to great shops in Wisconsin Ave, the restaurants and waterfront harbour and it was a nice walk (about 30mins) to The Mall and all its tourist attractions. The Whitehouse is even closer! Would definitely stay again.
The roof top bar was booked out most nights for private parties which was a shame as paying guests.
Friendly and helpful staff. They organised value for money transport. Excellent roof-top bar. Close to Harbour Front (excellent dining). Close to M-Street shops and dining. Close to Circulator bus route.
Rooftop bar was closed for functions on two out of our five days at the hotel.
Good location Nice decor
Too small a hotel Lack of amenities.... Like no drinking water Not family friendly Need more food options for vegetarians in the room service menu We had torn hand napkins in our bathroom Not happy with housekeeping standards No view from the suite
Loved the rooms spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly and location perfect,
Housekeeping has serious issues late cleaning up, not cleaning well. However staff tried to be accommodating!
It's a small, stylish hotel in a beautiful location. It's surrounded by small cafes, restaurants and stores and n easy reach of Washington sights (we took bikes to get around). The room was beautiful, had enough closet space. The bathroom had a big shower and enough room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The small rooftop bar is beautiful.
The room is a little dark, but that didn't bother us. It's due to the architecture of the building - old with small windows, but it's fine. Parking was fairly expensive. I didn't like that drinks at the rooftop bar are served in plastic glasses.
