Location and staff
the room hadn't been dusted in the while, the bathroom floor was dirty.
The hotel location is great with all facilities within walking distances, friendly staff, cozy rooms, restaurants everywhere nearby the hotel
No breakfast included, room service menu was very minimal
Staff was great help and nice
bed was a little soft
It's so comfy and pretty I never wanted to leave.
Sharod was great! Hospitality and accommodations were perfect!
I liked the staff - they were all delightful and welcoming. Location is amazing. Just round the corner from the main shopping streets in Georgetown and also very near the harbour. White House and National Mall an easy half hour walk away. Room was lovely - great decor and furniture. Bed was very comfortable. I had a lot of room service which was quick and tasty. On the whole it was very quiet and a restful place to be. I would recommend to anyone on a trip to DC. Plus wifi was strong and free and worked! Would love to come back in summer to experience the roof terrace.
The people upstairs sometimes sounded like they were doing gymnastics so I guess sound-proofing could be a tiny bit better but mainly it felt very quiet. Some of the photos on your website make the hotel seem like quite a 'party' place which I was a bit wary of but in reality the feel of the place was much more sophisticated and discreet than that. Which was a relief!
The hotel is flat-out beautiful. It is impeccably clean, and very nicely decorated. You can't beat the location, either. The staff is delightful. There is an ice skating rink down the street, right on the river, which is wonderful if you are traveling with kids.
The upper floors are very hot, it seems like they are still working on temperature control.
Stylish, clean, modern. Very friendly and helpful staff
I liked the water available. I like the court yard and the show with the choices to eat.
The bed was hard, I was dissapointed when I sat on it. Location with no view, I felt like a number
the staff was extremely nice, location was great and we got a corner room. I mentioned we went to celebrate our anniversary and we got welcomed with a bottle of champagne. Would def recommend and would go back!
We didn't stay long enough
The hotel decor and comfortability are visual beautiful and sublime.
The staff at the front desk were horrible. The company I work for book me at this hotel the last four times. You would think the staff would be consistant w/ a high standard and level of customer service from the moment you walk in. All I got was attitude, arrogance and made to feel not valued as a customer each stay. I am highly disappointed!
Great location - in the middle of Georgetown - with charming staff. The room was huge, well appointed and comfortable and the bar was a great place to watch the sun go down. Breakfast was delicious and room service very prompt.
Nothing much. Minor niggle was that the wifi kept dropping which was a bit difficult as I had work to do, so just had to go sightseeing instead.....
location was great; rooftop bar very nice (if pricey)
In-room safe lost its settings, and took hours to fix; closet light would not go off unless disconnected
Location was in the heart of Georgetown. Staff was very warm and friendly.
Ceilings were low through out the hotel. Room service timing was limited to restaurant hours.
We really couldn't fault this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable room, fabulous location just minutes from everything Georgetown had to offer.
The room although furnished well just seemed a bit dark.
Location, location, location. Roof top bar is a great plus
The gratuity tax was a surprise at the bar. The hotel adds on an 18% gratuity tax to every transaction. My wife and I were not made aware of this until we were checking out. This was most disappointing because everything else was fantastic. The waitstaff / bartenders should have made us aware. Fortunately the checkout clerk adjusted the charges after our questioning. They did the right thing.
Very friendly and helpful staff full of great recommendations for food and shopping. Well decorated with both classic and modern touches. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful sunset view from rooftop bar. Great location for really exploring Georgetown.
Hotel restaurant had a very limited menu. Would be nice if rooftop bar also had food service. Heaters for the bar would make it more comfortable more of the year.
Fast check in and check out , friendly staff specially cj in the front desk he was so so sweet and helpful , they upgrade our room to a suite without asking them , the mattress was so comfortable , the location was perfect for walking every were for attractions places , also evelyn and Josef were so sweet to help us
Location and doormen
The price for size of room, the front desk staff and the noise.
Location, cleanness, staff, the rooftop
The location is fantastic. Georgetown is very charming and the close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront can't be beat. Our child attends Georgetown University and the twenty minute walk from hotel to the campus is delightful. Great views from the rooftop lounge.
Our room on the second floor was spacious but the two windows looked out across an alleyway to another brick building a stones throw away. Dark and gloomy. Way overpriced for THAT view! Especially when you are looking forward to a view of charming Georgetown. Nothing is complimentary, the stocked bar was so overpriced we would not even open a bag of nuts! Nine dollars for a can of beer?!? No complimentary bottles of water, either! The restaurant is very small...and the rooftop bar is lovely but the drink prices are astronomical. One beer on tap: Perroni, in a 10 ounce glass, $9.50! A glass of wine and a Manhattan, $32.00! The view is nice, but not THAT nice. A real party crowd, as well. Open to the general public. It should really be for the hotel guests only, as you could not even move around up there due to excessive overload of yuppies.
Everything: the room - large, very comfortable and with everything you could want; hotel staff friendly, helpful, informed and cheery; fittings, furniture and overall décor perfect and as new. I would always stay there if in DC.
The Graham is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Georgetown. It nevertheless easy accessible and they have their own parking garage (which isn't always the case in DC). The hotel is right on the C&O Canal and close to one of Georgetown's best coffeeshops - Baked & Wired. The staff is very friendly.
