“ Situated on a quiet back street within easy walking distance of Mallory Sq one way and the beach the other way. A homely place with very nice hosts, each room we looked into was small but perfectly adequate, clean and tidy with tv and shower rooms. The breakfast is cold / toasted muffins or bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc ”

Derek, the host, was excellent. The facility was clean. The window air conditioner was extremely noisy. The location was in a neighborhood that was somewhat questionable and somewhat of a long walk to Duval street.

Lovely 3 days spent at this B&B smalish rooms but we had a suite which was adequate for our stay .Air conditioning very noisy so very hot at night . coudn't fault anything else ,a really lovely house in the Old Town. Air conditioning

Guests from all over the world. Lovely garden/ breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were a little starkly furnished. Not a lot of closet space.

The staff were superb. Our room was nice. I felt at home. Bathroom did not have enough surface/counter space for stuff . Breakfast was nice but eggs were hard to peel. I'm allergic to soy which is in baked goods do had to avoid most breakfast items - a list of ingredients would be great.

Beautiful house and setting. Close enough to town to head out and get home safely. Derek and the other partner were sweet and great to us. A good time all and all Woke up in the middle of the night to some drunken guy locking up his bike at 3 am. Not the aces fault. Just a draw back to our room. No threat to us or anything. Just a late night wake up call. I know where I am and these things happen. I loved the place. Prbly just avoid the room directly to the left of the main door.

Its a historic Key West wooden building in very good condition. Nice quiet location. Parking was easy. Staff were very good. All of the other guests were middle age couples. At breakfast we sat at a large table and had a good conversation with two other couples. It was expensive but then everything in Key West is expensive in the winter.

Gay Friendly and walking distance but not right on top of Duvall. PARKING!!! Lol. Some of the strange looks from the other people staying there when my boyfriend and I were together at the breakfasts. Not a problem though.

Key West's climate Grand Guest House is overpriced even for Key West. Room was small and ujtilitarian at best, but clean. Tv very small and mounted too high. Their booking and pay up front policy is grating and means that one is 'locked' to the place. Quite a disappointment when compared to their website

The Grand Guesthouse was an incredibly quiet, relaxing experience. It's away from the party scene in Key West, allowing us to sleep like logs and have a leisurely breakfast on the patio each morning. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with things to do and places to eat. I would love to go back every year!
