The check-in process was fantastic. Made very easy and they were very accommodating in helping us with our needs.
Tried to call the in room food delivery service at least 20 times over 2 days and at all times of the day and night, NEVER had anyone even answer the phone. Should not advertise the service if you can't use it.
I liked the setup of the rooms.
Some of the furniture was falling apart and uncomfortable. Couch in my sister's room needed to be replaced. The toilets and showers were so loud that we could hear the neighbors when they ran their water. It was so loud that I had to turn the tv volume up quite a bit to hear it. The jacuzzi down by the pool had so much chlorine in it and the jets were so strong that when someone sat in front of a jet, I would have water burning my eyes from the spray.
The room was very comfortable and the spa tub was great. The kitchen was wonderful and the ice maker was convenient. The pool was also very good
The maid service was not good was there 3 days and no fresh towels. Checked in on Friday and registration was slow despite there was only 1 couple ahead of us.
I liked the tranquility and the closeness to the vegas strip also easy to get to. This hotel is thr best bang for your buck
Very clean, quite and relaxing
The staff response to requests/issues was simply excellent, very prompt. My children loved the jacuzzi and pool.
The guest in the room after mine kept using the jacuzzi even after 10 pm and this disrupted my sleep a number of times.
In town for a basketball tournament, and was more than impressed by the staff and amenities of the hotel.
stayed here twice and the shower head pump was weak.
I loved the double sweets!
I didn't dislike anything.
Full kitchen access was very convenient and the tub and seperate shower was awesome. The space was perfect for 8 people and the hotel was peaceful.
furniture was a little run down, nothing that would ruin your trip..the tv's need to be upgraded and bedroom window need better blinds to keep the light out
Everything was great!
We loved having our own kitchen and living area, away from the smoky casinos.
The pool was over-chlorinated, causing my children all to receive rashes. Also, their swimwear was damaged due to the chlorine.
I didn't like grills away from children pool. My husband and I could not hang out while grilling because one of us had to stay inside pool area while the other one grilled.
Excellent facilities, off the strip but being adjacent to the South Point casino with its many eating options more than compensates.
Late pool hrs, adult area selection. Great rates !! I love this place n will continue to stay here every time !
Ice machine wasnt working in our building on any floor.
HOME FEEL TO IT AND CLEANLINESS ON THE FACILITIES
I really enjoyed how fast we were checked in didn't have to wait long. The front desk as well as the persons who directed us there were very nice and friendly.
Everything was good
The room is a nice room. the fact that it's like a condominium refrigerator it has all the accommodations I love this hotel
The fact that we have to pay for room service meaning if somebody is going to come clean your room that's ridiculous! not leaving out the fact that there's no one to help you carry your luggage you have to run around the whole facility to find something to carry your luggage I love this place but I will not stay here again.
They do not offer free WiFi
It was a good value for the amount of space. The room was comfortable.
10am checkout time is too early. I asked twice to extend but my request was refused. No maid service unless you pay an extra fee. Wifi costs $10 per day.
The check in service was very accomodating and shuttle service was great!
size of the room.
French fries on the floor when we arrived in our room. Not as clean as expected.
The multiple pools, including the kids pool was great. Also, the rooms have a nice layout. We didn't do any cooking, but having a kitchen with all the amenities was nice.
The resort is very large which I didn't think would be a problem until we drove to our building, carried all our suitcases, etc. up to the room to find out our keys didn't work. My husband and kids waited in the hallway while I drove back to the front desk to find out that they gave us the wrong room #. Then, when we got into the room both TV remote controls didn't work. I called to have them fixed and was asked if I authorized them to come in the room to fix. When I told them that I was in the room and would be there for the next hour they told me that they have big list of tasks so it could be several hours. The next day, after taking a shower, I went to dry my hair and the hairdryer did not work. I called again and was asked again if I authorized them to come into the room and was given the same answer that it would take a while. Umm.. nevermind, my hair will be dry by then! So, just be aware, this is a timeshare facility. Even if you have booked this as a hotel, you do not get the same service you'd expect from a hotel. There is no maid that comes daily to make your bed and swap out your towels, etc.
the price was way out of line for being so far away from the strip and downtown!!!
