The Grandview At Las Vegas  

The property is well maintained, clean, well appointed. Location is nice close enought to strip while being far enough away to not having to deal with congestion.

Since owning timeshare I was put into a unit that they don't normally put renters in. I have stayed there a couple of times and was unable to get into using rci. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very nice and clean units.

I didn't like the fact we paid for the week but, was also charged a fee of 125.00 per night.

The facilities at The Grandview are excellent especially for the Las Vegas visitor who does not desire the hustle & bustle of the strip. With the South Point Casino right next door with all it's terrific facilities you can have it all at The GrandView. The staff, especially Jennifer Howard and her assistant Patrick went way out of their way to make this trip for my family one we will not soon forget.

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about our experience.

Plenty of room to relax. Could do some cooking if we chose to. Very nice staff there.

Room looked clean however floor was so dirty that when you went to shower the pan was black with footprints. Shows poor cleanliness. Also stove looked like someone had taken a crowbar to it. Hair dryer did not work and all appliances were poor function. Had I have had time I would have checked out and found other accommodations. I would never consider staying again.

Well located. Easy to get to our event and to and from the airport. We also like the fact that there is a deli on-site with great food.

The parking is not great. Also with the two suites having an exterior door in addition to the interior doors it makes it hard to just walk up and knock on a specific room door. We had to keep calling each other on the cell phone to let it be known when we were outside the room. We thought maybe they should install door bells for the rooms on the exterior doors.

Attended family wedding and wanted to stay near them. Hadn't heard of the Grandview, but had stayed at SouthPoint. We didn't need to be on the strip and in fact, like the location of the Grandview better (away from the traffic and congestion but close enough to go to the strip.) We all loved the size and layout of the room. All amenities (kitchen, bathroom, seating area etc) were perfect for 3 members of our family to stay comfortably, especially my elderly aunt who is in a wheelchair. There is nowhere she was unable to go in the suite! It seemed the building & room had been recently updated (?) and it was clean and comfortable. I have already recommended the Grandview to a few friends!

I like to walk around the room barefoot and noticed that the tile floors, while they look clean, were very dirty. Put on a pair of (white) socks and after a short time, they were black. The room and other areas of the building/premises seemed very clean, so I think this was just one of those things and didn't negatively affect our stay.

Staff were great and very attentive. The complex had several pools which you could access no matter which building you were staying in. Also, being right next to Southpoint was a plus since we did not have to drive if we wanted to gamble, bowl, watch a movie, eat cheaply, etc.

The air-conditioning in our room kept breaking down. They tried to fix it 3 times before they moved us to a different room. The second room they put us in had the same problem. They tried to move us to a third room in the same building but we requested a room on their newer building instead. The room in the new building was excellent, however, packing and walking our things in 100 degree heat to the other building was not fun.

My family has stayed at the Grandview Las Vegas since they opened there doors. We go there every summer for the family get together and we always get 10 or more rooms ( if the price is right ). We love the Grandview Las Vegas and the staff is always great there. This summer was had no change just great service and great staff. WE WILL STAY AGAIN (if price is right). Thank you

The thing that i didn't like is there was a mix-up about how many rooms i got when i got to Grandview to check in at front desk. This mix-up costed us about a hour wait in the lobby. The clerk Ms. Nelly was very rude to me and my family members. Ms. Martinez was very nice and took her time to work the issue out. Finely the manager Mr. Albert Kaili was the one who really made our day after a long 3 hour drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas its good to know those two people renew my out look in the hotel. We had a good time after that was done.

The customer service, the atmosphere, and how family friendly it was. There was an awesome activity pool perfect for my toddler.

The Grandview is a great place to stay for family and friends.

We loved staying at the Grandview and look forward to coming back someday. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The pools were awesome. The rooms were amazing!!!!

My only complaints were in regards to 1. The Ritz bus service (which we will never use again) and 2. The loud construction that woke us up every morning at around 6am. I also noticed some diaper explosion in the kiddie spray pool, so we quickly exited that and went back to the bigger pools. And maybe have some monitering of the teenagers playing in the pools at 11 and midnight as they kept us awake. Being awake until midnight and then woken up at 6am due to the construction was not fun. As for my disappointment with the bus service, we ended up having to cab it back with our tired children one night due to the bus driver driving right past us. That cab cost us $30 and I did complain. They said the Ritz manager would call me the next day and he didn't. He actually called my cell phone while we were driving into Salt Lake City, so I didn't bother calling him back. Very disappointed with that and we will not use that service when we come back. We will just take a taxi cab. That day cost us $40 in bus fees plus $30 in cab fees. Not worth it!!!!

I was in total aww when I opened the door to my two bedroom suite. It was truly home away from home. Extremely comfortable and spacious. We were treated like royalty. My husband and I celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary and the Grandview made our trip spectacular! The staff was very welcoming and informative. The beds were so comfortable I thought we were sleeping on clouds! We had a awesome time thanks Grandview!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked every single thing! AMAZING!!!

At check in, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and service was quick. The room was fantastic. Better than I expected. Love the decor and the bed was sooo comfortable. I would definitely tell all my friends and family to stay here. The price was unbelieveable for what we got. I wish that we could of stayed longer, but we were only passing thru to a family event. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Las Vegas.
