If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 10.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

personal very nice, big rooms and the pools are great! Not enough plugs in the room... we couldn't use the fridge, the lamp and plug our cell phones....too bad! |

Good location close to bus terminal and visit the whole Cape Cod peninsula. Good breakfast buffet. Part of the hotel was under renovation. |

Zentral gelegen auch zu Restarants und Ortskern Hyannis. Schwimmbad nicht genutzt, sah aber prima aus. Wir waren nicht vorgemerkt, keiner konnte unsere Buchung einordnen. Fürs Frühstück sollten wir extra bezahlen, trotz Paketarrangement. |

Chambre bien équipée, spacieuse et propre Quand nous y sommes allés le lobby était en réfection, pas très sympa... et l'aménagement intérieur de l'hôtel fait assez "porte de prison" |
