Location to Main St. And the Steamship Authority dock. Not a very nice place at all. Staff not very friendly, they didn't have records of my reso made on booking.com, could not get onto their wifi, there was blood on the stair rails, scrappy outdated looking rooms. The list could go on and on.

Good location to visit Hyannis and take ferry to Matha's Vineyard. Facilities are ok (parking, outdoor pool, internet, airco, ....)

It was located right in downtown hyanis. They would not check in people till the 3pm check in time, the staff had alot of language barriers The rooms not bweing ready @ 2:45 pm, the staffs language barriers, I know cape cod well and didn't need any help with locations, but someone travelsing in and not knowing the area would have a hard time asking the staff for help

Atmosphère détendu, personnelles accueillants. Nous avons quitté notre chambre vers 09:30 et sommes revenue vers 15:00 et elle n'étais pas encore visité par les gens de la maintenance.

Location, right on the city center of Hyanis. Old and dated rooms, furnishings and furniture. Desperately need a makeover to bring into this century. Mattress was sagging, room was like a cave and the wallpaper/paint was last updates in the 70's.

The location is fantastic. The room was musty and the pool and whirlpool facilities are outdated. This hotel definitely did not seem like it was worth the money.
