I guess the location is the best reason to stay here. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Nice bedroom, with confortable bed.

I didn't like that the hotel does not provide free wifi.!

Great Staff, Great Service. My room was wonderful, clean and quiet. The hostess on the executive level could not have been more helpful and lovely. A big thank you goes out to the concierge Andre, for going the extra mile and locating a taxi/car service to pick me up near Catholic University when I was stranded waiting for Yellow Cab for over 50 minutes during rush hour. You have earned my loyalty and I will be bringing my family back with me on my next trip.

Noisy room problem was dealt with quickly and amiably - very impressed. Hotel has super situation for all major tourist sites.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Also, loved the decor.

My only complaint was the windows were not very sound proof. We could hear all the noise coming from the street.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Restaurant had great food and room service was quick.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great location close to the White House and a two minute walk to the McPherson Square metro station. Clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities. Newspaper delivered to your door each morning. Safe in room for storing valuables.

No fridge in room. Quite pricey to watch a movie

every staff member went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant and accommodating as possible, getting tx for the Nats and Caps games was especially appreciated. was very impressed with the city and the staff at your lovely hotel!

The charges for parking

The location of Hamilton was key for me - just across my Washington dc office. The staff was very friendly and appreciate how they ensured I managed to get to the airport on time. Really appreciate the efforts of the travel desk - thanks.

I would have appreciated some basic amenities like a pair of slippers, toothbrush and ear buds - things a business traveler often forgets as one does tend to live in a suitcase for weeks. Just one thing - perhaps Hamilton could introduce Hot-dogs on its menu? Just a big fan of the American hot-dog - thanks

Room was comfortable. Very good location.

Rather expensive for what it was-- not particularly distinctive, like a lot of hotels. However the worst was the lack of free access to WiFi. I honestly could not believe that what appeared to be a business hotel charged excessively for WiFi. I spent 2 months in Europe this winter and had excellent, free access everywhere I went-- in both luxury and moderate hotels. All else being equal, I would not return to this hotel because of this.

The staff was incredible likewise the service & the location was the very best as I was able to walk to the Capitol, to the Lincoln Memorial, the tidal basin & mutiple museums. My room came with a view #1236 thanks to Jennifer! &Amp; was very quiet I would definitely stay again. I loved the city only disappointment the cherry trees did not bloom because of the freezing cold temps.! And as an artist I especially wanted to photograph the blooms

My husband felt the price for the first couple of nights with tax was a bit steep. The armchairs in the restaurant though comfortable to sit in were heavy & awkward to move around for self serve buffet breakfast which was delicious however. The carpet in #1236 needs to be replaced very stained. In the bar area the back of the long bench is upholstered in red & should be deep blue ultramarine the complement of the gold upholstered chairs, blue & gold are royal colors. The restaurant should serve "lattes" & Capuccinos. &Amp; add a Concha y Toro Reserva Carmenere to the wine list

Location is very good.

Small rooms. We order room for 2 adults plus a child (14) for 3 nights. The room description and the message from the reception was that the "queen room" fits 2 adult and a child upto 19 yrs. The problem is there is only one small bed (60" 150 cm wide) that fits 2 persons. No space for extra bed, and no extrabed available. The first day the hotel tried to blame this on booking.com . When I informed them about who is responsible for the information on booking.com, they changed their mind, and said this room fits the description, end of discussion. Some other in the group got their rooms upgraded with a larger bed, but still no extra bed. "We can not buy any more extra beds. What do you think ?? This is Washington"
