Rather cozy and lovely hotel. Did enjoy my time and would definitely go back.
I loved my bed and the roof window. Denise was an excellent hostess, she gave some good places to see and eat. I felt so good with my decision to stay here.
My sister and I stayed there this weekend. Molly and Denise were extraordinarily helpful in planning our excursions and suggesting restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful. We were able to get coffee, tea, cereal, and bagels at no charge. If I visit the Hamptons again, I would stay there and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
I would suggest some area rugs. The hardwood floors were pretty, but a bit cold.
TV difficult to operate. Rooms need updating. Pricey for the conditions of the rooms.
accessibility to the coastal waterways and dining. easy access to eastern Long Island
during our stay light breakfast was not available on weekday
No food on the property and could not connect to wifi. Also the bathroom vanity mirror is on the side of the wall (not in front if the sink) so I had to sit sideways on the sink to use. Probably not a big deal to most but I wS traveling for work.
Quiet and clean rooms Nice grounds and pool area Seeing painting crews there doing routine maintenance Free coffee/tea
Not friendly or professional when calling for directions and assistance Tired rooms "Breakfast" consisting of old cereal that 'we are trying to get rid of"
nice room, nice staff, close to the town.
very expensive compared to other similar structures elsewhere, but like every other hotel at the hamptons... The breakfast was very poor. It could be much much more compared to the hotel cost
Very helpful staff told us how to save time driving alternate routes. They also told us how to get to some great beaches. This is in a great location. Southampton has great shops and restaurants. At breakfast we chatted with folks from other countries. Enjoyable time.
The staff was friendly and professional. The grounds were beautiful. The area is scenic and quiet. The rooms were very clean.
If I must choose something, our room was a bit cramped, but they do have larger rooms.
We lived the cozy feel and the proximity to the beach and town.
We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and it was very pricey!! Prices seem to be much more reasonable at other times of the year.
close to beaches, shopping and good restaurants...excellent staff!
Pool water cold
Outdoor grounds and quiet location
Have to drive to town when going out to dinner
Quiet -- No one bothered you. BBQ area and common room and nice to have. Big grounds and solid location
room was really basic....TV was cheap. Bathroom was tiny....I had never paid so much for so little ...I know its the Hampton's but for a little investment it could be nicer
Clean room friendly staff....Very good for the money considering it's the Hamptons....
Wi if goes in and out sometimes...
Rooms very small and kind of depressing and dark ! They need to make their rooms cheerful needs updating of style
This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager/owner even greeted us when we were walking in and told us about the deer on site. A doe and two fawn. And we saw them!! Very exciting. The grounds were clean and inviting. The coffee and breakfast was pleasant. We were very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. And the Hamptons traffic did not start until after (or east) of this location. It was so pleasant to drive around freely with being stuck in that. We will definitely be returning!!
The staff were friendly and the room was clean
The location was too far away from everything. We thought it was walking distance to the beach and town. The room was tiny.
The room was spacious and gorgeously clean! Even with a white bathroom, It was VERY clean. The grounds were beautiful, scenery was nice. Breakfast included, whole inn felt very cozy.
Pool was pretty small, common area could have been cleaned up a little more. Don't expect to walk into town, a car is a necessity if you stay here.
Staff, room, breakfast
Nice green area for children
Staff service is not customer oriented and lack professionalism. Constant bad mood. Expensive for the room comfort - matrisses were quite old - and for the breakfast quality (plastic knives and spoons, paper plates, no bread, communitary butterand cream cheese)
The patio in the rear of the property where most of the rooms faced was a very nice place to sit in the morning and had a pleasant view. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms and a nice complex.
Room 31 is small and the queen sized bed really fills the space. It's around the back of the building, faces a noisy highway and doesn't have any outside sitting areas as all of the other rooms do. Best be avoided
Warm, comfortable feeling, like stepping back into the countryside in the U.S. in 1940, before the big box hotels were built. Staff very accommodating. Quaint and old fashioned but charming. Easy to get to from Southampton.
Rooms very, very tiny-functional but small! Wi-fi works fine in dining room and patio but not so well in the actual guest rooms.
The people were really nice and friendly. The room was larger than expacted and spotless.
well located. pleasant staff. nice layout away from front of road nice property. lovely central breakfast area. room well appointed.
wifi connect was sketchy. pool was closed wish there was some juice at breakfast
