Everything is always perfectly clean....staff very helpful and always pleasant....rooms are great...love your beds A too expensive to stay each time I come there and with the price so high parking shouldn't be so expensive

Great staff, great location. As a returning guest I didn't like being given room 804. It's just too small. The hotel was not full and it would have been easy to give a returning guest a better room.

Bed was awesome, room was very quiet (didn't hear others outside our door or above us, and the hotel was booked full that night), and good food service. Plus, I love the coffee press pot and that you had 1/2 and 1/2 available in the room. Price can be prohibitive for some however, we got a great late reservation price and this was most helpful (and we were most grateful)

I stayed 3 nights at the Heathman being on a business trip. It is a nice, classic hotel with excellent and friendly staff. It has a good location. The breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant really good. I had a spacious room. The high-speed internet is not exactly high-speed (as in many hotels).
