De kamer is schoon en he personeel is behulpzaam. Goed centraal gelegen in Manhattan. Kamers rustig. Het ontbijt is uitermate povertjes en moet op de kamer worden gegeten. In de kamer staat slechts 1 stoel, dus dat betekent of niet tegelijkertijd eten of iemand moet op het bed zitten. |

De ontvangst en hulpvaardigheid. De kamer was goed maar eenvoudig; de bedden waren goed. Het ontbijt was niet inclusief maar je kon het 'erbij' krijgen (dus extra, zonder meerbetalen). Dit betekende wél dat je er vroeg bij moest zijn anders viste je achter het net. Er is dag en nacht veel lawaai van buiten ook bij gesloten ramen. |

Locatie en lekker ouderwets hotel Vloerbedekking is smerig,maar zijn ze op dit moment mee bezig te vervangen.I k was in dit hotel 2 jaar geleden,er is een nieuwe lift.Deuren zijn kapot,plafond bladdert.Ziet er een beetje verwaarloosd uit.Maar heb het idee dat er nu hier en daar wat vervangen wordt. |

Het onbijt wat in de Lobby gehaald kon worden en op de kamers gegeten. De ruime kamer was ook prettig met 4 personen. Smerige vloerbedekking op de kamer, verouderde meubels, achterstallig onderhoud was duidelijk te zien in het hotel, jammer. Volgens het managment zou de renovatie deze week beginnen, maar daar merkten we niets van, er werd duidelijk gespaard aan renovatie. |

It is located conveniently close stores, museums, Broadway theaters, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an intermittent noise coming probably from the air conditioning that made it difficult to sleep. |

Near Centre Park. The staff were most courteous and helpful at all times. The bathroom smelled mouldy, it needed an update. Our plug adapters didnt work, we had to buy new to modify - the wall socket was loose and quite dangerous. |

The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful. Staff was pleasant. Lobby was attractive. We had a larger room last time we stayed at the hotel, which was nicer in appearance. |

cheap,lot of space in the room, kitchenette as well,excellent bed,clean and comfortable room,more then enough breakfast with strong good coffee,morningpaper New York Times every day,very good positioned in the middle of town with shops and restaurants around the corner : very good deal |

The Location is very good. Near Grand Central Station (train, bus, metro) and only 5 minutes by foot from 5th Avenue and ca. 10 minutes from Times square. Personel in general was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is worthless. Very little choice, no place to sit down (it's in the small crowded lobby), food is not refilled in time. The room was OK, even though the bathroom could use an update to 2009 standards. Also there are only two elevators to cover 17 floors, which means a lot of waiting. |

The place in town very near the most popular spots. The staff was frendly and very helpfull they did not clean the room in one of the nights although we were out of the room. To have breakfast is better to go early (before 8:15) if you don't want to have the leftovers. |

This hotel is really close to everything in NY. The rooms are confortable and clean. The breakfast time is more like a battlefield, so you have be awake early in the morning. |

Location is very good and the area looks safe. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the bed is big. very clean and has everything needed to a very comfortable stay. Breakfast although not great is included! Breakfast is served in a regular room where you serve yourself and then take the food with you to your room. Rooms could use a makeover, but they are fine either way! |

The location was great and I felt very safe in this area of town. The complimentary breakfast was very nice in the mornings and had a good variety. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms kept clean. The mattress was quite hard. The size of the hotel was small and the decor very outdated. |

close enough to times square to walk to (15mins) easy for access to subway for all other attractions to manhatten. could do with a bar or resturant to go to at the end of the night |

The staff were very friendly, and the free breakfast was great altho you had to be there early to get any!! Not really, altho the room and bathroom could do with a lick of paint just to spruce it up as bit. |
