Hotellet ligger centralt på Manhattan, New York. Trevlig personal. rent och snyggt. Badrummet mycket fräscht. Vi bodde långt ner (3je) med fönster mot gatan, enkelglas. Det var ganska bullrigt med sopbilar, tjutande polisbilar. Frukost arrangemanget kan förbättras. |

Bra lage pa manhattan! Dalig frukosthantering - aka hiss upp och ner med maten samt att det fanns dalig tillgang med mat o dryck. Detta gjorde att man fick vanta valdigt lange i lobbyn. Det var har personalen inte var trevlig och man kande sig besvarlig. |

the Htl is in a very good position in Manhtn, it's silent and clean even it's rather old. breakfast is poor and uncomfortable, it shouldn't be mentioned among sevices |

The hotel is only a few blocks away from the United Nations Headquarters, thus making it an ideal hotel for UN staff based outside NY who conduct business at headquarters. There should have been a dining room for breakfast offered. |

Location was fine and the staff was helpful too. The room was also a decent size. This was barely a hotel. The lobby was a 15 x 15 room with a window for the front desk. The hallways and my room still looked like they hadn't been renovated since at least the 1970s. |

Its location is ideal and it is comfortable and clean The continental breakfast arrangement is far from satisfactory. It is served in the lobby where the items are replenished very slowly resulting in long queues (mad rush) and genral frustration all round. |

The location was perfect for a visit to New York. The standard of the hotel is excellent for the tarif paid. . The staff are so friendly and helpful. Reply from Peter Monks not Andrea Monks The only concern is the noise from the next door airconditioner plants at the back so perhaps double glaze may help? |

Excellent recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner. Decent continental breakfast in the morning. I just cannot get over the cost of hotel rooms in New York during the week! |

The Hotel is 'Well Worn' and in need of a major facelift. Breakfast and breakfast facility were very poor |

I loved how close it was to everything without being in the middle of the noise of New York. Door staff were very helpful at all times. No restaurant or bar in the hotel to purchase food or drinks. |

The rooms were quite large and comfortable as was the bathroom. Everything looked newly renovated and was very clean. THe lobby is very small and with a breakfast included it gets very congested in the morning when everyone is coming to get their bagels and coffee. |

The Bell Man was very nice to us. It was somewhat old. It has been painted over many, many times. It once was an apartment building. It needed some upkeep. Since we did not spend most of the day there, it was ok. One of the clerks was sick and was helping me and I am sad to say, I got sick. She was very sick and should of stayed home. Other than that, they were helpful. |

I like the location a lot (I have stayed at your hotel many times starting early 90's)) and the staff has always been very helpful Your rooms start to need some renovation. Also in my room 602 we had a very oldfashioned TV, my friends at 603 had much better. |

The reception desk personnel (a woman) was very nice and helpful. The hallways in this hotel were disgusting--tired and badly in need of redoing. Since our room was not ready, I asked if our bags could be brought up to our room and we were told by the doorman that that was not the usual procedure and it would be extra. We decided to wait until our return at night and retrieve them from the storage room ourselves b/c of his attitude. |
