Pese a lo viejo del hotel era conodo y agradable
Everything else. I would never book a room at this property again.
Having to pay $14 a night parking. Only hotel of 13 we stayed in that charged. Rooms very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment.
The staff on check in were rude and uninformative. The hotel was dirty, old and smelled awful. Location not safe neighborhood.
they don't want to take my debit visa card because my name is not on the card
The bathrooms were very small. No water pressure in shower.
The thai cafe up the street was great. The door man Manny was very polite and gave us great information.
While not in the heart of the downtown area, it is still conveniently located on W. 7th. It is close enough to walk to the metro and very accessible for many bus routes. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so because of the positive features that it offers.
The hotel does not seem "fresh". Décor, furnishings, and even the old CRT tube TV are neither fresh nor quaint, just old, worn, run-down. A pit of a musty smell permeates the place. Had to wander around looking for a working ice machine.
Price and location are the big selling points here. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous.
Small room. I couldn't fit in the shower. Floor was soaked when I did shower. I was very claustrophobic in the shower and bathroom. The shower is a 2 foot by 2 foot square with a curtain. And the bathroom was about 4 feet wide and 3 feet deep. The area sucks. Heard a car accident outside. And sirens. Not again.
i went for the hockey game. It was close. 4$ uber
the room and bathroom were smaller than advertised, it looked like a hole in the wall. The tv looked like it was from the 90's and the bed was very uncomfortable. Parking and breakfast should be free for the price we paid for that small room.
Carpet, restroom, and bed sheets
Location, staff, and lobby
2 nights in a row my wake-up calls were not delivered.
The staff was great!
Everything was bad, not recommended at all.
Old hotel. The Hystoric in its name is according to the state in which the hotel is.
The proximity of the hotel to the LA conference center, at a reasonable price according to the maximum hotel rate I was allowed
Old, dirty bathrooms and the rooms were not clean, smelly and bed was very uncomfortable! Couldn't even shower in the bathroom as there was mold and hair, just horrible!
Location was close to good areas to visit. The staff was nice and helpful and helped us switch rooms to a less disgusting room, but not sure why we were put in the really bad first room, no one should stay there.
Had to try 3 rooms before I got one that was Amy good all very small bathroom tiny. Rooms need a good detail Need to put two rooms together to make it like a normal hotel room
Dredge in room free whi fi
The streets around hotel seems to be not quite safe. The room looks old but relatively clean. Shower temperature can't be controlled.
Close to the center.
I loved the flexibility that the front desk staff showed when checking me in. Z
in-house breakfast selection; meat selection was ONLY pork
housekeeping; room cleanliness
it was old, dirty, looked like its been long over due for a demolition. tv was ancient, furniture looked like it would fall apart if you kicked it. it was horrible.
its was relatively close to everywhere we wanted to go.
Hotel was going through renovation it seemed. It was a bit shabby. The neighborhood is a bit iffy. The bar as shown on Bookings web site has not been open in years.
Hotel located close to event we were attending. Parking was easy. Check in/out was quick.
no hot water
