The apartment location is excellent, nearby you can find a metro station, a CVS, Fresh market and also you are in the heart of hollywood.

No late checkout nor early check in, but is ok...

Lots of space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, nice balcony area.

Only one entry key makes this an impossible choice for families with small children. This was a sometimes borderline perilous situation for us, as one parent would presumably need to leave the children alone in order to run downstairs to let the other parent in if they didn't have the key. The parking situation is terrible. You will absolutely need to pay for parking, either by arranging pre-payment of $25 per vehicle per night, or finding a nearby lot for $20 a night. Street parking simply does not exist after 5 pm, and it is aggressively monitored around the clock by a legion of over-zealous parking enforcement goons, who will gleefully obstruct traffic while they wait for your meter to expire. Obviously, this adds up to a significant expenditure for a multi-night/vehicle stay. The carpet is terrible as others have noted, and the place is far from clean, as any slight movement of the couch will reveal the detritis of at least a years-worth of occupants (I found a receipt behind the couch that reflected a date nearly a year in the past..). Hopefully, you like Netflix (as well as someone else's queue reflecting their particular "rom-com" film interests..), as apart from a very meager selection of local channels (half of which are in Spanish) that's all you'll be getting. There are no banks, grocery stores, or gas stations that are convenient to this area, so you will travel a fair distance (on very busy streets) for most anything that you might need, as well as charged 3+ dollars for each transaction at any of the rather suspicious looking atm's peppered along Hollywood Blvd. If you book your stay using a credit card (most people) you can also expect to see a $16 - $20 "currency conversion fee" that also gets tacked-on to your bill since Ginosi will stick you with any fees associated with the conversion of dollars to drams.

    Parking

*Our initial apartment was given to someone else *What we paid for was not what we got - *Not enough pillows for everyone or beds *only one glass *only two rolls of toilet paper, apparently the apartment caters for 7 people, go figure *could not watch TV and use WiFi at the same time *inadequate cutlery *told e had an ensuite, we got 1 bathroom, * told had views of mtns, instead got a view of a dirty carpark *A very lumpy couch that hurt to sit on, that was supposed to be a bed! *No instructions on Unit, so did not know what to do about rubbish *two bedrooms in their language is an open loft! *Crime coming out of shower when water went on it I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GINOSI TO ANYONE!!!!! When phoned for help, they were dismissive and rude and never returned phone calls.

The location is good if you would like to be close to Hollywood area.

The apartment including beds, floor, carpets, and washrooms were not very clean! I expected much better!

The location is good if you want to be close to Hollywood blv. The apt is big with two rooms but it is the weirdest place I have ever seen

The most odd apt I have ever seen. This is a regular apt where you have to self check in. It was a little difficult. We booked for the parking too for 25 usd per day. There was no proper directions for that, we run around the parking lot to find level we can park, there was not enough signs. It turns out that we have to open the door with the remote that comes with the key. A neighbor explained us that we have to press two different buttons to open the door, until then we though that our key was not working. We called the office they said they were going to send the security who had never came. There carpet on the apt was probably never been cleaned, there were stains. It was disgusting. One of the toilets were not flushing, luckily there was another one. I don't there would be anyone to fix it. We were 3 adults with different schedules and had one key set. We asked for another one, the call center said it was not possible. You can't even work the elevator without the key and they promote this apt as suitable up to 5-6 people, they probably think that everybody would hang around together. There so many hotels in this area with similar price, I would not spend a dime to this one.

    Central location, space

The first impression was bad as it starts when opening the door. The apartment had a bad smell but the biggest disappointment was the very dirty carpet. It is a light brown carpet that had a massive dirty spot at the entrance and several dirty spots at other places. Definitely not a carpet to walk on without shoes. Furthermore the apartment had a great kitchen but was missing the utensil's, like dishes, cups etc for 4 people. Three dishes, 3 knives, 6 glasses etc. Especially the dirty carpet made it difficult to see how good and complete (except the kitchen) the apartment was. The area is central, pity was that the street leading to Hollywood boulevard was probably used as public toilet so the walk to the entrance of the apartment block, entrance was best done with your nose closed. I suggest the owner to take out the carpet and put tiles in, this would give a much better impression that the apartment deserves.

Apartment was very spacious and well equipped.Excellent location close to hollywood boulevard and chinese theater (5 mins)

We arrived late and couldnt pick up the keys to the appartment as the leasing office was closed from 6pm. This needs sorting out as whilst Ginosi team were contactable they couldnt get anyone to help us for over an hour after we arrived. In the end the security gaurd let us in although he probably shouldnt have so we could get the keys from the security box. I did also pre warn Ginosi that i was going to be late arriving. 1 toilet didnt work and coffee machine was not emptied.
