This place was amazing. Right on the mountain, excellent price, and great staff!

They need more light in the room and fans in the bathroom!

Heater did not work great.

The bed wasn't made each day, they don't have t.v. or a pool or hot tub.

Great location for the money it can not be beat.

Very noisey. You can hear every word and foot step of the people above and below you. Also outside noise of snow moving equipment was absolutely horriable.

loved it all. Would like to see a stove in the kitchen area.

Teton is not a place to stay in the hotel room.If you're going to hike - it's enough.

We travelled in via a back road & were lucky enough to see a young bear on the road - quite a few mile away, but good to see. The young man at reception was very friendly & helpful. Got a great meal at the pub next door.

The location, near the Jackson Hole resort.

Location near Teton Nat. Park.

Too simple, just for hiking experiences, or skiing in winter. No table, no seats, only 4 beds and toilets (new, clean), no TV, no telephone...

The bathrooms were new and clean

I booked a four bedded room and a two bedded room. The four bedded room was cramped and the top bunk was too near the ceiling for comfort. The two bedded room was two mattresses on a double bed frame so was unsuitable for friends sharing. Therefore, one of us had a huge bed and the other four had to share one room which was not ideal.

It was a poor excuse for a hotel. A king bed is not two full beds pushed together. It was not made clear there wasn't a television in the room. Paying five dollars for Internet in a dump is laughable. Won't ever be back.

We were looking for a hotel close to Grand Teton

Located right in the Teton park area. Country style decoration is also good.

With the basic services provided, the price we paid was a little high. Don't know if booked > 6 month ahead would get us a better price.

Limited cost and late availability are two plusses! The basement game room and self service area for food and activites are just great and made for pleasant cameradierie!

The beautiful view. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

A TV, room phone, coffee maker, tub would have been nice but it's a hostile..what do you expect.

Location

Hard Beds. The "Queen" bed was actually two doubles pushed together. Beds hard and miserable. No Shampoo, no haor dryer, not much in the way of amenities.

Family friendly place with no frills! Loved the common areas! Great location and clean rooms! Friendly staff!

I at first liked the rustic feel, but that went away fast.

This lodge is way overpriced for what you get. No amenities, you can hear through the walls floor and ceiling as if you were in the room with the person next door. all night long the ceiling creaked and pounded from the upstairs neighbors, the people staying next door were talking in a normal tone of voice and we heard every word. the lack of television was not too bad but when I discovered I had to pay extra for wifi, in which every other hotel i stayed at during this same trip offered for free, i discovered that the room also lacked a phone. I'm guessing for a bunch of partying college kids this would be a place to settle for during ski season but during the off season it is one huge ripoff and horror story.

Rooms are noisy and ventilation is poor

We had a private room for two People. The room was clean, the bed comfortable.

We expected the Hostel to have a kitchen but there was only microwave and a 2 burner stove in the laundry. The wooden floor was creaking a bit, especially from the room above ours.

This was my first time at a hostel so I didn't quite know what to expect. The young man who greeted us was polite and accomodating.The rooms were spotlesslessly clean with comfortable beds. As we left the next morning, we were treated to the view of people floating down from the mountain behind us. That was fun. I recommend this place: barebones but clean and comfortable. It's the best deal in the Grant Teton/Yellowstone area.

It was a trifle sparing with the lighting, but that would be my only complaint. It is a small complaint since we just wanted the room to sleep and shower in.
