We were a group of two families which also included a child of 7 yrs. The owner David was suberb for a start.The Suite is in New Jersey and a short walk away from some fantastic views of Manhatten from the other side of the Hudson. The trip to New York cost $3.00 O/W. Absolute value for money. We had a lovely 06 nights. Tks David. Perry $ Constance, Melbourne, Australia

This is a spacious, modern two-bed, two-bath apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a 7th floor balcony for eating out. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant with good shopping nearby. A two block walk brings you to a linear park on the cliffs with magnificent views over all of Manhattan. A good range of information on travel options to nyc was provided. There is no office or reception so if you don't have a working mobile (cell) on arrival you won't get in. Preparation and service could be better: both living room lights were burned out, we couldn't get one tv to work and the land-line phone broke. The owner had turned off his phone so we never resolved these issues.

Die sehr großzügig angelegte Suite ist in guter Lage, sehr sauber und einladend. Das Tolle ist, dass zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. In 2 Gehminuten ist die Busstation und der Supermarkt. Wir haben immer beim Columbianer der ebenfalls gleich ums Eck ist gut gefrühstückt zu einem super Preis. Der Vermieter war so nett und hat uns auch den Garagenplatz zur Verfügung gestellt da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten. Preis Leistungsverhältnis spitze jederzeit gerne wieder:)Wir waren positiv überrascht.Danke nochmals dem netten Vermieter.

Super Ausstattung in guter Gegend im Appartmenthaus. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus nach Mannhatten. Sehr netter Vermieter, kopierte sogar den Busplan etc. Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr grosszügig ca. 80 qm insgesamt. Supermarkt ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß (dann auch Blick auf die Skyline von New York!) Alles bestens. Tipp: Wer auf jeden Dollar schaut, der sollte bedenken, dass man immer noch extra Budget benötigt, da die Busse nicht mit der New York Metrocard abgedeckt sind. Ca. 5 Euro pro Person daher für den Bus hin und zurück.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und günstig gelegen. Es war schwierig, Zutritt zum Apartment zu bekommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich sehr schwierig und hat uns einige Nerven gekostet...

Moderne, hyggelig og ren leilighet. To soverom, to bad, velutstyrt kjøkkenkrok og stue m tv. Passer utmerket for 4 pers + kan sove 2 i sofa stue. Buss rett utenfor blokken tar deg inn til Manhatten på 10-15 min. Kort vei til kjøpesenter. Hyggelig utleier som gav god informasjon ved annkomst. Hyggelig nabolag. Kort vei til Hudson river med panoramautsikt Manhatten-NY:-) Betaling trukket fra konto ved bestilling. Noe sjelden buss fra Manhatten etter 21.30 kveldstid.
