The Huntington Hotel and Nob Hill Spa

Everything was amazing, plus the sense of living at historical building.

Room decoration could be a bit better.

The staff are incredibly gracious and helpful. The hotel has real historical character and a great location

I liked the location and the room was nice.

I feel there could be more of a hospitable feeling. Offering complimentary designer coffee would be nice instead of sending people to the church for it. This suppose to be an upscale hotel, yet it seemed cheap on hospitality.

I loved the location and the staff were superb and helpful. The Spa facilities were/are a great benefit to anyone who stays there and I am sure we will be staying here in the future.

The only downside to the booking was that we were not told about the hotel tax which was added to the booking once at the hotel anf that breakfast was not included.

We appreciated the service at the hotel and the cleanliness of the room.

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Only a few minutes on the cable car to Fishermans Wharf. We loved the downstairs bar and restaurant at night

My only disappointment was that while some of the staff were absolutely amazing and couldnt do enough for us the breakfast staff let the place down badly. We only went to breakfast once (the first morning) as the old waiter was so indifferent we wouldnt go back

Loved it ! We stayed in Room 510 which was a generous size complete with ample and tasteful lounge area. The bathroom had double washbasins, bath and shower and the whole room(s) had been recently refurbished to a high standard. The meals we had were top quality; we ate breakfast there each morning during our 3 day stay and whilst the meals may initially seem expensive, the cost was more than justified by the quality & quantity of the food, complemented by the classy surroundings. We also ate 1 evening meal, plus 1 bar snack there - all of which were impeccable. We have also stayed at the Fairmont in San Francisco, but much prefer the Huntington and it would be our 1st choice if we visit San Francisco again

The gym is adequate, but fairly small

The spa was excellent, the staff very friendly and the room was first class. The world famous cable cars stop right outside and the views across the bay were good (when the fog lifted)

Not for the unfit, as this hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. But then again this is San Francisco after all.

The room was a good size and even the extra bed for the teenager fit in well. There was a nice good old feeling to the room, charming/ classical, not luxurious, but comfortable and would consider staying there again. The location was great and views nice.

Though clean and functional, the bathroom was outdated and very small, the least comfortable part of the room/ stay.

The hotel was fabulous and the booking.com deal represented fantastic value for money. The Spa was great and the service all round was excellent. The rooms are all massive and "The Huntington" being located at the top of Nob Hill (one of the citys premier locations) offered superb city views.
