Absolutely every aspect, starting from wonderful welcoming staff at the door outside to the amazing comfort of our room. Spotlessly clean, position in a beautiful area and all staff just so willing to help in any way. Will certainly be recommending to our friends. Ladies go and meet lovely Tina at the Spa too.
Loved that they upgraded us to the top floor with a view because it was our honeymoon. Also, brought us a bottle of champagne upon arrival.
location was great, hotel was tastefully decorated
no free wifi,
Great location, quirky decor and room staff very accommodating, restaurant and bar staff attentive and friendly
Spa staff seemed to resent you getting the floor wet in the pool area. Too many don'ts, I did one lap of the pool and was told not to swim, 2 other people, continued to do laps for a good 15 minutes and no one approached them. The jacuzzi has a sign saying only 3 allowed, I witness 6 people in there and no staff ever approached them. Please be consistent in your rules.
staff, location, value for money
Location and staff.
Can't think of any negatives to our stay.
Great sleep here the beds are fantastically comfy
Brilliant start to our honeymoon - we got a room upgrade & bottle of fizz! Would stay again in a heartbeat
Everything nice but everything very expensive. I am not sure it is worth the price payed
Spacious room, friendly efficient staff, free access to superb spa, a truly great hotel. We would recommend to anyone there were honestly no downsides!
Staff were fantastic, location was excellent.
Great room, very cozy, quiet. We stayed in room 904, it is a suite, we had very positive expirience and will try to stay here again if price is affordable. Thanks to Scarlet Huntington hotel staff for making our stay very pleasant.
Great Friendly Staff Quiet location with great views
Our bathroom was a little bit on the small side, but our friends next door had a large bathroom.
Room decoration and lobby. Staff are very nice and friendly
Large rooms, curtesy car. Friendly floor staff.
Snooty, inattentive staff in the overrated and overpriced restaurant.
Friendly attentive staff, great location cable car stipps outside at top of hill and leads to famous mymi diner!, luxury spacious room large ebough for family. Great for exploring city. Lovely spa, relaxing small pool and a useful gym everything you need provided.
Breakfast a little pricey but reliable quality ( check out mymi for a great diner?) others within a few blocks downhill.
I liked the staff of Scarlet Huntington. The receptionists are great, and the room is always clean. The hotel also offers a complimentary service, to drive us around the city, which was very useful. The driver, Ursula, is extremely nice.
I liked this hotel a lot. Maybe the price is a bit expensive, but except for that, nothing to complain about.
The location, staff and facilities.
Everything, from Ulysses the doorman to Lori in the Big 4 bar, the staff is truly accomodating. The room decor is off beat yet striking and comfortable. The small scale makes the hotel intimate, the service makes it luxurious.
The windows, although probably new, could offfer better sound quality.
The majority of the staff were absolutely amazing
After a very long day we got back to our room and were hungry we ordered food delivered as there was no where close, we ate and went to bed 10 minutes later there's a knock at our door saying its security, and to open the door and talk to them, well it's 3am I'm not opening the door, had to call front desk as they did not inform us of security coming to our door, they said there was a disturbance at this room, security made us feel as though we had really done something wrong. We did not! I was so upset at this that I never slept the rest of the night. And I complaned the next morning, they said they would look into it no one ever got back to me, I had to complain again that evening still no response. The worst I've ever been treated at a hotel
Lovely hotel with a great piano bar, huge room, and a fabulous spa. It's the kind of place you wish you had more waking hours to enjoy.
Paying for WiFi. In this day and age, internet access access is a basic necessity, like water for a shower. Why do hotels treat it like an added bonus we should pay for? There was a huge TV in the room that we never turned on, and for us, was such as waste.
The doorman in the evenings was so excellent. Wish I knew his his name - perhaps Jason? He greeted us by name each day and made my 8 year old daughter feel special. Excellent service.
big room with sitting area; very comfortable bedding
surprised to be charged 14.95/day for wifi in this day and age; no a/c so we had to leave windows open for comfort in a very busy area (we had a white noise machine with us or we would have had a difficult time sleeping)
the hotel décor was beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. The views were stunning. We will be back to this hotel for sure.
The Big Four bar area. Service wasn't very friendly and the appetizer menu and portions were horrible. Pricing was also very high for the minimal food you received.
