建物自体はtraditionalな感じですが、シャワー、トイレも含め清潔感があり非常に快適に過ごせました。ドアマン、ルームサービスも含めスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。 |

Hotel itself had a nice blend of old SF history and charm complimented by updated amenities and modern furnishings. Spa was just beautiful and the upgraded room was fantastic. |

The service and staff response was excellent. They went out of their way to anticipate and fill our needs. The room was perfect, and the location was great - right at the top of Nob Hill with easy access to shopping and famous San Francisco tourist spots. The hill climb was a bit of a challenge on foot, but the cable car stop is within a block or so, so it wasn't a problem for us. |

Cleanness, centrality, luxury. We booked breakfast included which means a 15 USD continental breakfast at the menue: 4 small slices toast, 10 g butter, 2 spoons of 2 kinds of jam for 2 persons each and every day the same. Waiters bring you menu, if you order something different you pay really heavily. Waiters expect tip. |

The room was spacious, attractive and comfortable, the service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is very elegant and there is a lovely restaurant attached to it. No coffee making facility. |

The daily parking rate was $39 per day. Nob Hill is not as central as other hotels, but it is very nice part of SF. |

The Hotel is in one if not the best location and at the same time you got Chinatown 10 min walk away, the cable car outside to take you to the harbour and the financial district.The Hotel is a true 5 star and the staff makes you feel special.It is worth mentioning that the breakfast voucher can be redeemed for $15 each towards other items on the breakfast menue. |

I had a very large nice room. The staff are very helpful and generally I think the hotel offfers really good value for money. Very convenient location with Chinatown a couple of blocks away and many other attractions easily reachable. I would have expected free wireless internet in the room to be included in the price. Instead, you need to give your credit card details and pay extra for the connection every day you want to use it. A kettle for an early morning coffee would also have been nice, but that didn't affect the quality of the service at all. |
