The Huntington Hotel and Nob Hill Spa

特に不満はなかったです。ただ、市内からは少し遠くタクシーを使わなければならなかった。

サンフランシスコの中心街からきつい坂を登りきった場所にあります。アクセスはあまり良くないのですが、そ- の代わりに部屋からの眺めは大変に素晴らしいです。

初日に2度ほどフロントから、別のお客さんがあなたの部屋に来なかったかという電話がありました。どうやら- そのお客さんに間違えたカード鍵を渡したようです。念のためカード鍵を変更させてくれということで、変更し- ました。5日目に、カード鍵が使えなくなりフロントに行ったところ、滞在日数を間違えてカード鍵を作成して- いました。スタッフのカード鍵の不慣れな取り扱いに非常に不満を覚えました。

Coffee Makerが部屋に無かった。

The hotel had a great location, great view of the cathedral and was a very comfortable apt - we were upgraded as had no smaller ones left. Nice pool and felt a very upmarket hotel. Piano music in bar was lovely too.

Was weird having a kitchen with no kettle, toaster, cuttlery etc - what's the point?

the huntington was wonderful and the staff were first class. great lounge with a splendid piano player michael. will stay again next year

The hotel is close enough to central attractions to walk, though I suspect we were the only ones who actually went anywhere from the hotel on foot... Rooms are much larger than most hotels in SF, which is a welcome change.

We enjoy exploring on foot, and we made a lot of trips in and out of the hotel in casual clothes appropriate to the warm temperatures, something apparently frowned on by the front desk staff in particular, who was less than welcoming on several occasions, before remembering that we were "guests" at the hotel. Even then, there was an air of "tolerance", and when we mentioned our experience at checkout, the person at the desk just remained silent until we left, offering no apology and seeking no further information from us. We were very curious what kind of training the staff receives for handling younger couples who don't apparently fall into their target demographic. The spa was nice and kept very clean by staff but was highly overrated

the location was excellent. the restaurant and lounge were historical and interesting as well.

Did not have coffee maker in the room. when requested, one was not available.

The helpfulness of the staff, size of the room, complete quiet of the room (no corridor noises or other room noise could be heard at all!).

Old fashioned luxury and charm. We enjoyed a deluxe corner room with great views over the city. The room was luxurious and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money given the good price we got on the internet. The spa is lovely too. We didn't have treatments but used the steam, room, gym and the view at no extra cost.

The relaxing, friendly atmoshere and lovely warm rooms.

A facility to make a cup of coffee in the room would have been nice.
