The Inn at Harvard (哈佛旅馆)  

地理位置很满意，服务很好。

房间不太隔音。

有历史的厚重感，中庭低调的奢华，走廊上那些些名人照片，感觉在跟一些有思想，有性格的人在交流。穿越时空- 的对话。房间窗户大多临街，就像那些老式的房子，有汽车或者行人经过的时候是有声音的。看看窗外也就不觉得- 独行侠的寂寞。窗外有树，我住的那间窗外竟然是一棵开着紫白色玉兰花的树。

卫生间的设施是有些老套的。不过老房子应该也就这样吧。

地理位置极其优越，参观哈佛很方便，去龙虾餐馆步行只需要10几分钟

酒店正门比较难找，在凹进去的一个拐角里面

Rooms facing inside the atrium are dark and tend to be warm.

The facilites were great, comfortable and had a good "student" vibe to it. Location was excellent, the staff was very helpful and nice.

The housekeeping ladies were a little in a hurry to get us out of the room every day.

Proximity to Harvard and all it offers.

Bathroom needs redecorating - wallpaper peeling off.

The temperature of the room was beyond HOT. Could not adjust nor open window. Not terribly clean

It was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected at such a location.

Internet was great - very fast, except for about an hour during heavy use time (7-9 pm) when there was also a snowstorm and other things going on. Location was also superb, if you have business around or near Harvard. Visually, a very pretty hotel inside and out.

Food was amazingly bad for such a high priced hotel. Rubber scallops. Lobster wontons where they just stuck lobster meat in a dry wonton, fried it til everything was dry and nearly burnt, then served it with a sauce that perhaps was trying to be a remoulade but in reality was probably thousand island dressing. Also, many things in the room weren't quite working. Ironing boards with broken legs. Light bulbs burnt out. That kind of thing. So the hotel was pretty, elegant, and clubby but, if you looked closely, kind of dysfunctional. Lobby area staff seemed alarmed that I was staying there. They kept rushing to try to redirect me away from more elegant-looking guests. FYI, I make about $200K a year, but it's true I'm an engineer by training and look rather basic - not as if I just inherited old money.and came out of a day spa. Next time I should bring Gucci shopping bags as clothing accessories and maybe the staff won't panic as much.

Convenient for our meeting at nearby Harvard buildings.

Comfortable bed and great pillows. Location, close to the Barker Centre and not far from Harvard Square. Very good check-in staff. Ability to open the windows. Coffee served in the lounge area/dining area.

The Inn is closing soon and there was no wine list - evidently because of this. No buffet breakfast. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Location to Harvard is without equal Rooms were quaint and clean Staff were attentive

Lack of heating controls and unoperable windows in the rooms made for extreme heat issues. The heat was pumping without a way to stop it. One of the the two rooms was reseved with a King bed but we got a queen instead. I was told that there were no King bed rooms available and infact we were fortunate not to check in any later since they had over subscribed and would be referring other guests to hotels in the area. I was under the impression the rooms were guaranteed, there is a 48hr cancelation policy for guests, but apparently not for the hotel.

Leaving.

Room was hot and cooling system did not work. No window outside. One lamp and plug for phone did not work. Cheap bed covering and decorative pillows. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Desk staff at check out was discourteous when I mentioned a few of the problems above.

Loved the location and the cozy clean room. Beautiful atmosphere.

The bed was a bit too soft. The bottom sheet was not fitted and was wrinkled under me.

Very friendly and professional staff in the breakfast area.

One of the windows had not been repaired properly and there was a slight leak but the staff offered to move me and was very helpful.

The Inn is very attractive. The rooms are very nice. The restaurant was very good.

They did not have my Booking.com reservations at the front check in desk and did not seem to understand the relationship between the Inn and Bookings as well as customer service. Thank goodness there were rooms for my group of six available. I can't imagine what we would have done. Cambridge !!

The location is fantastic, many good places to eat around. Room clean and quiet. We had a room with a nice view.Very Fast Wifi :)

The noise of AC is a bit loud, not too disturbing though. Room is a very warm, a bit hot sometimes.
