The Inn at Thousand Oaks - Memphis  

The staff was super nice. The rooms were clean. Overall, a nice stay.

We asked for non-smoking room and were given a smoking room.

The room was nice

The hotel messed up everything. Had reservation under the wrong name and it was a hassel to get the smoking room I booked. They completely dropped the ball on the details of my reservation. And no shampoo in the room

The staf were very friendly and helpfull. Reak Southern hospitality. the hotel was clean and comortable with a good breakfast

Very cheap and is cleanern than I expected for the price.

To get there is $25 in Taxi, the return to the airport is free with a hotel shuttle.

Friendly staff. They were always there to answer my questions and give me directions during my stay.

Checkout woman was kinda rude tho. Plus exercise room could use some arm machines instead of all leg.

Incredible staff. The hotel and rooms are very clean and big. Perfect hotel for two or three days in Memphis: businness or holidays. Need a car to get the hotel. In general is a good option for stay in Memphis and a the price for the room is normal. Breakfast is OK.

Sometimes the fridge in the room is so noisy.

O Hotel é muito bom, quartos e banheiros amplos, recepcionistas simpaticos, e ainda consegui um preço espetacular oferecido pela "oferta secreta" do booking. Adorei esta oferta!

Foi um pouco difícil achar a entrada da rua, mas só na primeira chegada!

Attribution des chambre: première attribution juste à proximité des ascenceurs dont bruit continuel seconde attribution juste à côté du local technique de climatisation donc bruit. Par deux fois nous avons été logé dans les chambres que la plupart des clients refusent du fait du niveau sonore.

Ligging en ontbijt

Kamers waren niet op tijd klaar bij inchecken

Schone kamer, goede bedden.

Organisatie van het ontbijt kan veel beter. Hotel ligt in een buitenwijk.

Voor het personeel is niets te gek, van het ontbijt tot het zwembad klaarmaken na een storm zodat de kinderen nog even konden zwemmen.

Piscine agreable dans region avec climat lourd... Navette gratuite aeroport le jour du depart.

Trop loin de la ville = 30 dollars aller pour memphis ....30 dollars le retour.....

The hotel staff were friendly enough with the exception of checking in. When I arrived @ your hotel, I was told I could not pay cash, that it had to be on a credit card. I offered one that I knew did not have enough credit on it, and of course, it was declined. I was embarrassed and I didn't appreciate it. But, then, oh.....well.......I guess we have to take cash now???? I would suggest that you please correct that procedure. My room was comfortable, but it appeared that it hadn't been REALLY cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was below standard in this area. On my second morning, I had no coffee maker. I was not able to have coffee in my room.

Chambre standard, internet facile, personnel dévoué

3 chambres différentes essayées au rdc sur notre séjour ( 1 à côté de la réception...on vit en "live" toutes les conversations du hall d'entrée / 1 en dépannage qui généré non-stop un bruit discret mais qui vous sort plus de la tête et vous avez fini de dormir / 1 située à côté du fitness qui toutes les deux minutes vous permet d'entendre toutes les tuyauteries des étages supérieurs). Fuyez le rdc!!!

.Great breakfast; quite an assortment of choices! Fruit serving was second to none. Also appreciated the afternoon/evening lemonade as well as free cookie offer in the lobby of the hotel!!

Situé tout près de l'aéroport, à 10 minutes en voiture. Situé non loin de Graceland et du centre ville, Beale Street, à condition d'avoir une voiture. Il y avait des croissants pour le petit-déjeuner. Dommage que la salade de fruit était en quantité limitée.

A notre arrivée, il y avait une odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Nous avons eu des petites bêtes dans notre lit, qui nous ont piqués durant la nuit. La chambre voisine était reliée par une porte et nous pouvions entendre le bruit du TV très tard le soir. Notre chambre était au 1er étage et le bruit du dehors (travaux, tondeuse à gazon) nous a réveillés tôt le matin, les 3 jours où nous sommes restés à l'hôtel. Le 2ème jour la femme de ménage n'est pas venue

it was a great hotel - clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful - it was all i could ever need or want on a business trip. thanks so much! (plus they had smoker rooms, which was very nice)

Staff very willing to help with any situation. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and hotel .

The only thing nice I can say about this hotel is that the staff was very polite.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been...the light switches in the bathroom were filthy. I had to used cleanser to clean the sink and the switches before I could use them. The toilet sounded like an engine running when it was flushed...very noisy. The room smelled too perfumey, like a cover up smell. The breakfast bar was just ok, not the best we have had, not the worst either. I would not recommend the service I used to book this room ...they overcharged us so bad...it was totally insane.
