Excellent decor, wonderful location, charming and helpful owner, obliging staff. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
The inn itself is beautiful and relaxing; with an enchanting deck overlooking the creek. The breakfast and coffee are excellent; the owner Spence is exceptionally friendly and helpful; and the location is convenient.
The only negative I can think of is that you can only access The Inn from AZ 179 Southbound. So, if you're travelling North you must go to the next roundabout and come back to the hotel. Same prob if you would like to travel North from the facility; you can't cross the median. Not the fault of the Inn though.
The facilities were nice, clean, and well worth the price. Will, the innkeeper, was incredibly helpful every time we had a question or comment. Keep suggesting the Bear Mountain trail, thanks!
Great location, awesome staff, beautiful room and views! Also loved the "home" feel. A very short walk to Tlaquepaque and Los Abregados. I have referred friends and am looking to book another stay soon!
Cobwebs all over our balcony and the main veranda. Please sweep them daily!
The hotel is really nice.
I paid in advance for room #2. When I arrived (late at night) I was given room #1, probably someone asked for a change and I may guess why: the window is on the hotel common balcony - We went to sleep with someone sitting and drinking on the table in front of our room and we woke up with a couple having breakfast on that same table. ASK SPECIFICALLY FOR A ROOM DIFFERENT THAN #1.
Everthing but right on the creek made it exceptional
Poor lighting in bathroom
Excellent location on the creek, within walking distance of several good restaurants, shops and galleries. Very comfortable rooms and attractive décor. Owner is very experienced in running an inn. Excellent quality for the price...we will return!
Bathrooms are good, but beginning to show a little wear and tear, i.e., fixtures tarnished, sink faucet dripping, shower curtains not properly secured at the top, hair dryer not working. Handyman needs to go through and perform a few repairs.
The location was great. The hotel is centrally located in Sedona and walking distance to many shops and restaurant's. The owner & Inn's keeper were very accommodating. Make sure you get a room overlooking Oak Creek.
We had use of a large fully equipped kitchen, including fridge and freezer storage. as it is a small hotel, it was quite intimate and friendly.
The beds are high and the bath was very deep which was hard to climb in and out of.
Extremely helpful staff. Very peaceful and quiet.
Wish our room had a balcony.
WE THOUGHT THE MANAGER, CHRIS, WAS OUTSTANDING.
I have stayed at several B&Bs. This one was run very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon.
Sherrie, the Inn Keeper, was exceptionally helpful.
24 hr. coffee access; quietness of the inn; perfect location between Sedona and Village of Oak Creek;
This was a wonderful Inn to stay at. It is located close to shops, restaurants, the main road, and many hiking trails. The bed/pillow was comfortable. It is decorated beautifully. The breakfast of bagels, muffins and fruit was delicious. Definately a good value for your dollar. On a side note: Spense the owner was wonderful to work with from the moment we booked the place,...I got an email the next day wondering if we wanted to upgrade our room as booking.com didn't have access to all the rooms available. Then about a week before we were to arrive, I broke my foot and would not be able to hike like we had planned. Spense made sure we were on the main floor as crutches and stairs don't work well. He also suggested and booked trips that I could do while my husband was hiking. The view from our room was beautiful, which softened the blow of not being able to enjoy Sedona like we had hoped. Thanks to Spence our trip was wonderful, and we will definately go back and stay at The Inn on Oak Creek.
Very comfortable and it felt like home away from home.
We loved it all. The place and the rooms are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I loved the decor and the modern look to the rooms. We slept with the patio door open and loved listening to the creek. The fireplace and the renovated bathrooms are wonderful! It was such a bargain at the price. Definitely will be staying there again in the near future!
The facility and the friendliness and availability of the staff
The sincere care given to us during our visit. We had an abbreviated stay, but will definitely return.
Owner was very helpful in terms of advice. The room was small but very well equipped and we loved the tastefulness of the décor. Overall a great experience!
Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak.
The tranquility, great hospitality
Location is ideal. Staff was very helpful. Loved the Inn & Everything it had to offer.
Beautiful room and view, great location
The jacuzzi part of the tub wasn't working.
We stayed in the suite and we were amazed!!! All I can say is.....this is the only place we'll stay from now on!!!!
