I loved the location, the small size of the hotel but with a luxury and relaxed atmosphere, good staff. Nice with coffee in the mornings and ice tea in the afternoons. I also really liked that wireless Internet access was complimentary. |

Free internet access. Follow up call to room upon arrival. Door men very friendly. Location. Lady Concierge was a little abrupt. Informative and competent but not particularly warm and friendly. |

Friendly staff, very quiet room, very good, very big bed. It was extremely expensive and therefore seemed inappropriate for an envelope to be left for tips for the chambermaid (something I have never come across before, though I have stayed in many hotels all over the world). Bathroom was very small. |

Praticidade, localização, atendimento (poder tomar banho antes da liberação do quarto no dia da chegada, foi excelente). Melhorar a velocidade da internet wireless e colocar um canal brasileiro na tv. |

De ligging van het hotel, vlakbij Times Square, internetaansluiting in de lobby om ieets op te zoeken en service van de balie Het is jammer dat er veel geluidsoverlast is van de airco-installatie van het aangrenzende pand. Een koffiezetter op de kamer zou leuk zijn en een centrale knop waarmee de verlichting in een keer aan of uit gezet kan worden. Nu moet je eerst in het donker naar een van de lampen strompelen en je bed uit om alles uit te schakelen. |

La proximité de Times Square. On ns a chargé 200$ pour une chambre plus grande pcq la chambre n'était pas pour 3. Arrivé sur place pas de divan-lit et chambre identique (lit king au lieu de lit queen). Ns avons demandé à retourner à notre 1°choix, ils n'ont pas appréciés et ns l'ont fait savoir! Ns n'avons eu notre chambre qu'à 19h30 (il était 15h) alors qu'on devait l'avoir 1h plus tard! |
