De sfeer in het hotel was ongedwongen, het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk; het eten uitstekend (europeese porties!) en in gezellige setting opgediend.

De airco in het restaurant vraagt om jasjes of vesten.

De ligging van het hotel, vlakbij Times Square, internetaansluiting in de lobby om ieets op te zoeken en service van de balie

Het is jammer dat er veel geluidsoverlast is van de airco-installatie van het aangrenzende pand. Een koffiezetter op de kamer zou leuk zijn en een centrale knop waarmee de verlichting in een keer aan of uit gezet kan worden. Nu moet je eerst in het donker naar een van de lampen strompelen en je bed uit om alles uit te schakelen.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; location was great (2 blocks to Time Square, 3 blocks to Central Station).

The location in midtown is very good and there was a very helpful houseman who came to my assistance when I was standing in the hall unable to get the key to work on the door.

Really, it is a list. I had stayed prior at this hotel and it has seriously gone down hill even in the midst of a renovation. I had to ask for a room change due to the overwhelming strong paint smell and they did not seem concerned at all.The room's door did not close tightly which was worrisome. No one greets you as you get out of the taxi and try to drag your luggage into the hotel lobby. No one at the concierge even looks up and there was no one at the desk at all. The room service food was lukewarm and seriously overpriced for the quantity and quality. Very disappointing- my last time at this property and I have shared my experience with others. Too bad , it used to be a gem of a hotel but not anymore.

The hotel was very comfortable and homely. The location was good and the staff courteous and efficient.

Intimate small hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent beds, excellent restaurant, very well situated for city trip sightseeing, complimentary internet.

A little coffee- and teamaking facility in the room would be a good idea.

Standard room had window on alley which was not pleasant. And in that room there was a problem controlling the AC.

Everything was perfect. At our arrival, the room was magnificent, awaiting for its guests. The staff was very nice, friendly and well educated. The service at the Iroquois was without no doubts perfect.

The location was great and the rooms are brilliant, with a bath and shower that was great after being caught in a down poor, also loved getting a weater update in the evening for the next day as well. But best of all the beds were the most comfortable ever

The only thing that was missing was a kettle in the room to make coffee ourselves, but with a great dinner at the end of the road it didn't matter too much

I loved the location, the small size of the hotel but with a luxury and relaxed atmosphere, good staff. Nice with coffee in the mornings and ice tea in the afternoons. I also really liked that wireless Internet access was complimentary.

Lady Concierge was a little abrupt. Informative and competent but not particularly warm and friendly.
