Great staff. Great location. Very comfortable rooms. Great decor. Very clean.
Coffee tea availability in room. Bench/hanging space in bathroom.
Loved everything, from the friendly, helpful staff to the divine scent that permeated the hotel when you entered the lobby.
Wooden base of the bed stuck out beyond the mattress so we often hit our legs on it, rather painful!!
Very accommodating staff. Still relatively new property and staff very aware, proud, knowledgable and open to suggestions. Room size not bad for NY. Hotel has a nice vibe, cool bar and restaurant and room service menu.
Nothing serious. Need more places to store items in room and bath. Table space and luggage racks, hanging space etc. When I suggested this, everyone was very responsive and eager for feed back.
Gorgeous dining room, beautiful, comfortable room-excellent staff from the desk to the doorman!!
small and dark rooms, badly insulated. bring earplugs if you don t want to hear your neighbours
Staff were friendly and efficient. Good location. Reasonable menu in the restaurant and well cooked food. Our room and bathroom was clean and the room service was efficient.
Not enough lights in the room - very dim - in fact the entire hotel was dimly lit. We found this quite dangerous in our two bed room as the mattress platform corners were very sharp and not easy to see and the space allowed to walk round the beds was very narrow indeed - my sister cut her ankle on one of the corners.
Comfortable boutique hotel with lots of character, pleasant and welcoming staff, and a location that must be very hard to beat. Within blocks of three different metro stations with direct access to numerous lines, and within easy walking distance for exploring the Village and other areas. Always something happening at nearby Union Square, and the Greenmarket is not to be missed.
The rooms the bathroom the shower the robes turndown service How quiet the rooms are The beds the free water
The Air conditioning was very loud. Every time it turned off a loud "boom" would wake us up.

A stylish hotel with recently renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great NYC location.
In typical NYC fashion, the room felt a little bit cramped. The air conditioner only seemed to have two choices, ice cold or fan off (this may have been because I didn't know how to properly use it and failed to ask the staff for help, though).
Staff were great
Room had strong odour
Great place to stay. Easy to get around and a nice neighbourhood.
Breakfast too expensive. We found a nearby cafe and ate there instead. Lots of places to eat nearby. Had some noisy neighbours who banged doors and spoke really loudly in the middle of the night. Then had a water leak from the ceiling in the middle of the night. The guest above us had left the shower running so it overflowed in his bathroom. The staff at hotel were very helpful and took care of the issue and gave me a discount for one night. It wasn't hotel's fault, just inconsiderate people who have no respect for others or other people's property. Would go back and stay here again.
Excellent location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great food. Try the burger from room service, excellent. Great Value for the location.
Room was a little tight for 4 adults but that was expected.
The staff were numerous, and ready to help at all times. The restauarant and bar were a big plus. The bes was sumptuous with pima cotton sheets and pillows galour. Tivoli radio wide screen tv.
The room had a bit too much furniture, including a desk and a reading chair making it a bit cramped. There was a very small closet and no mini bar with refrigerator, but the bar was downstairs.
Staff, decor, house coats and slippers
Room size very small, pricey, no coffee in room
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Bar was nice. Location in Greenwich was quiet and convenient.
Room was pretty small but it's NYC, so I was expecting that.
Seriously comfortable bed and super nice high quality sheets. Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet room even though facing street. Nice art deco decor. Lots of water coming out of shower. Very close to good shopping on 5th Ave with Banana Republic, Gab and J. Crew amongst others.
No bath tub. Lobby was below street level and a little dark.
