The modern furnishings and interior. Great bar (albeit small), excellent staff, great rooms. Really close to everything including shopping, art, great food. Really good vibe. As a single woman travelling with business, I didn't feel so isolated. The robes are great - bought one.

We had a great time, the hotel hospitality was amazing. i loved the fact that we could get bikes right from the hotel and many other amenities. I loved that TraderJoes was across the street!

The James Hotel staff is one of the main reasons I continue to return to this hotel. They are always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The rooms are a bit too small for my liking.

The location is perfect! There is a Trader Joes, excellent bakery, and great shopping on the same block. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when giving tips on where to eat, etc. We had the standard room and the size was small for what you pay. Next time we will definitely get an upgrade. You are certainly paying for the location, the staff and the upscale feel of the hotel.

Kiehl's Bath & Body products!!! Great staff!! I submitted a request in my booking.com reservation asking for permission for several friends to be able to check in under my name and this request was either lost or mishandled and my friends had to wait for the hotel to get in touch with me while I was traveling in order to check in.

Excellent service du début à la fin, y compris au Bar de l'hôtel. La situation géographique, la proximité de tout. Le restaurant attaché à l'hôtel ,'Primehouse' , beaucoup trop dispendieux et service ordinaire.

Gentileza e competência nas informações e nas ações dos empregados. Conforto nas acomodações, presteza no atendimento e localização muito boa. Elogio especial ao funcionário Lucas por sua delicadeza e presteza no atendimento. Não houve nejum ato que desabonasse o hotel.

Neben der hervorragenden Lage ist es für europäische Städtereisende ideal, dass man bis 2 pm auschecken kann und somit das Zimmer bis zur Fahrt zum Flughafen benutzen kann.Die Abflugzeiten sind in der Regel am frühen Abend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

la disponibilità del personale e il massaggio eccezionale... terribile la porta scorrevole del bagno! ci voleva una forza da energumeno per chiuderla per poi comunque avere delle fessure che niente lasciavano alla privacy!!!

Idéalement situé au centre ville, à proximité de la prinicpale rue commerçante. Très bonne table au rdc de l'hotel. Chambre très mal insonorisées vers l'extérieur, les fenêtres mériteraient d'être changées.
