It is a nice hotel, friendly, bright rooms and the staff is nice. Optimal location.

The hotel does not meet its standards.It is not worth its money. Given a 300$ per night I would expect better amenities in the rooms (e.g.bathroom supplements are pooor, mini bar is overpriced), a better maintenance of the hallways (e.g. dirty floors in the hallways, cleaning carriages are standing in the middle of the hallway all night long), and a substantial part of the guests are party crowd which does not make a stay at the hotel a relaxing one.

Nice bed, and bathroom, clean, stylish, water available for no charge. Location downtown friendly staff Food was better than expected, excellent breakfast. Hard to please someone from a food city like Portland coffee in the room was good, better than the usual hotel crappy coffee. Perfect idea to have starbucks instant

A bit thin walled, and not so quiet. Window shades did not cut out the light enough. Would have been nice to have a microwave available Kind of overpriced Had a better stay at the w on the lakefront for a much lower price

The staff were amazing - very attentive and responsive. I liked the bottle of fresh distilled water supplied everyday, and the turn-down service was a nice touch. The room service 'burgker' was fantastic.

The hotel was remodeled 6 years ago and oddly some areas seem a little well worn.

The modern furnishings and interior. Great bar (albeit small), excellent staff, great rooms. Really close to everything including shopping, art, great food. Really good vibe. As a single woman travelling with business, I didn't feel so isolated. The robes are great - bought one.

We had a great time, the hotel hospitality was amazing. i loved the fact that we could get bikes right from the hotel and many other amenities. I loved that TraderJoes was across the street!

The location is perfect! There is a Trader Joes, excellent bakery, and great shopping on the same block. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when giving tips on where to eat, etc.

We had the standard room and the size was small for what you pay. Next time we will definitely get an upgrade. You are certainly paying for the location, the staff and the upscale feel of the hotel.

Location was fantastic, staff was very customer focused and the hotel was contemporary and well equipped. Great value for money. I would return anytime.

We had issues with our stay that were addressed to our satisfaction. Most of the staff were excellent. Trendy styling in room.
