It was definitely a splurge to stay at The Jefferson, however, the waitstaff at every turn were so attentive and helpful, we couldn't have had a better time.

The staff were awesome! Petra was the sweetest! My room was too small for a roll-away so we did have 3 adults in one bed, but they did move us the next night. Super loud party next door at 3 am. Really slow service at the bar. Took 30 minutes for a latte but they still only brought coffee because I don't think our waiter understood what a latte was. In spite of some really bad table service - brought bacon instead of sausage, and other small things, the ambience made up for it.

We loved every minute of our 3 night stay here. The hotel is very stylish in a boutique way. We have stayed in many grand hotels that are well decorated but the Jefferson is much more personable than most. The staff were all outstanding - professional, courteous, attentive and proactive. The food and wine were all outstanding. We will most definitely return.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The architecture and comfort level was beyond what we expected. I would recommend this hotel hands down! Not sure if my special request was even recognized but it would be nice to have a response before hand as to wether or not they can accommodate.
