Everything except the bed!!! I
The bed was a little too hard for someone with back and neck issues.
if you want to be in the center of the action at Rockefeller Center, this is your hotel!
Parking on your own around the block. Any parking in New York City is expensive.
The location The very strong and available Wifi The facilities - Gym, available water bottles and water on every floor Clock and TV channels
The extra bed was uncomfortable
Exactly opposite Rockefeller made things easy, and not too crazy like Times Square. Loved that the hotel had filtered water on every floor.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the location was within a block of Rockefeller Center. They gave us a complimentary upgrade at check-in, with a great view of St.Patrick's cathedral. Very clean and modern.
The hotel's restaurant was a half-block away. The food was good, and the atmosphere was nice, but we didn't anticipate having to go outside and walk down the street to access the "on-site" restaurant.
No blanket on bed. Pillows and bed worn out and uncomfortable. Extremely poor accommodation!!!!!
For a boutique hotel, it's in a excellent location - right in front of the Rockefeller center -since I stayed for a long period. Walking distance from everything. Very friendly staff. I recommend it overall for practicality & not luxury or pamper.
It was a bit exhausting though to wake up & look for breakfast places or order in every morning. It was overpriced for the time I stayed in and type of room I got but I picked the peak season so I can't really complain considering every other hotel is expensive. Also the towels had a strong smell of detergent which was annoying. The sheets weren't changed if there are visible spots on them regularly. The tap and shower water had a weird molecules or substance in it like a white dust when I put it in a glass it shows.
I loved the location.
Accommodations were excellent. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready early and on the 11th floor. The view was wonderful. We took awesome pictures of the city.
Can't say I didn't like anything.
The hotel Staff was amazing
The rooms were small and the view was horrible facing an abandon building
Location was great, room was good size , bathroom was excellent.
After 3 days house keeping was a bit sloppy.
Location Shower Water cooler with sterile bottles Late checkout
Room upkeep poor (AC unit coming away from the wall) Bed size (no king size) Room size (very small for 2)
Location and staff were both excellent.
Tiny room even for NYC hotel cosidering the cost was well over $350/ night with tax. Bedding was at best accpetable. No lobby, No bar. Small TV. Stains on chair and sheets.
We loved the location, our room view was fabulous. The bottled water stations were fantastic and kept us well hydrated. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice welcome message on our voice-mail when we arrived - nice perk. We also liked that the elevator was key card access only, which made us feel very safe. The pillows were very comfortable! Nice shower and FREE WIFI was great!
The comforter was so frustrating because it kept sliding off of the bed, so we wound up using the soft blanket in the closet as our "comforter". It was much more comfortable then. The bed wasn't the most comfortable overall, but the pillows sort of made up for it. The room was a bit small and very basic.
The hotel location is very good for Rockefeller Center and other major areas in mid town Manhatten. Did like the chilled bottle water dispenser, good idea. When checking out the female staff member working on Sunday December 14 at 11:30 AM, was very good and professional, she was VERY busy but did the her job very well.
The room is very small for the price, compared to other hotels I have stayed in NYC. The bed was not comfortable at all. Need better matteress. It was stated in my on line reservation I would be able to see St Patricks and rockeffller Center, was not the case, all I could see was an inside courtyard area.
Great location Cleanness Great coffee in the computer room
The mattress was soft, I did not sleep comfortably The comforter material was cheep
Just off the 5th Avenue shopping area, on 51st which is loaded with great restaurants. Room is nice, functional, comfortable, never had to wait long for elevator. Friendly staff.
A little stingy with the towels and bathroom amenities we expect. Shower was weak. Would not deter me from going back, I am sure we will.
Cramped rooms hallways
Dirty entrance way, dirty elevator, laundry bins with dirty sheets etc. right outside elevator, strong smell of bleach in hallway, open cleaning closet in hall with dirty mops and broken sheet rock walls exposed. Room was sub par with moldy grout seams in shower. Disgusting!!!!!! I left and got a refund!!!!!!! I would not house my dog there.
Friendly staff Location, location, location comfortable room discount to restaurant next door Clean room. Great standup shower.
the fact that we needed to take 2 elevators; one to the 14th floor, then another from the 14th floor to the 15th floor. Strange. Honestly, that's the only negative.
extra bed made it difficult to move around the room
Bed too hard
Location and the staff
The bed was not comfortable
Front desk service very organized and helpful. They received many boxes for me and no one was missed. The location is amazing since you don't have to walk a lot to visit the main points.
Wi-fi connection was unstable.
Staff was fabulous and took time with guests. Very responsive. The living room area with fire place. The fresh water bottles readily available. Room temperature adjustment. Very Quiet and we were by the elevator. Not a frenetic tourist crowd milling about.
Not much room between end of bed and wall... but it is a snug little jewel after all. Our view was an office building and the street, but we were there only a day. If we stayed longer I would ask for the Rockefeller Center or Radio City or St. Patrick's Cathedral view. Would definitely stay again.
