The hotel is in a lovely antique house filled with art by local artists and thrift shop treasures. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a common-sense quality to the way they made me comfortable: A good bed, lots of fluffy towels, and a great cold breakfast that included delicious scones that were baked by the owner. They even bent the rules to make my visit nicer: I had to catch a ferry to Boston at 4:00 and they extended the usual check out time (11:00) so that I could come back and take a nap before traveling. I would recommend The John Randall House to anyone who is visiting Provincetown.

First time at a B&B and it was delightful. The breakfast had plenty of options. The location was central to hiking spots, the beach, and downtown. The hosts were very friendly and had some great food recommendations. My fear of a shared bathroom was completely eradicated as it was immaculate and they were in several times a day. Beautifully decorated room as well!

Loved it but a common kitchen in the future would be an excellent edition.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and accomodating and the other guests were of a lively/ uplifting group. Any questions that I had were answered in an abundantly helpful manner and the room was cleaned in a manner that left my belongings undisturbed.

Any enjoyable visit must end. I look forward to m next visit with The John Randall House.

Location is great. Room was large and cozy. House is clean and staff is friendly. One block away from shopping, restaurants and wharf.

Mattress could have been a little more comfort, but wasn't bad.

Don and Tim were awesome hosts! Also, Liya the dog was so much fun! The house itself was beautiful. The hosts did a wonderful job decorating and everything was immaculately clean. I will definitely come back.

Nothing. It was all good :)

Easy to get to, great access to center of town, nice market across the street for gourmet/natural foods, refrigerator in room, beach towels provided, quiet, sitting area in room was nice, porch sitting area was also nice.

Staff did not go out of their way to say hi or introduce themselves which we found odd- they were relatively out of sight our three nights there, breakfast was basic (which is fine) but food was sometimes stale, not much storage in the room for clothes or places to put our luggage, outdoor sitting areas not in great condition or very welcoming.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast included homemade treats ( bread, scones).

The floor in my room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. Sand and dust were on the floor. The rest of the facilities were just fine.
