The design of the room, the ammenities, the staff and the decor. The bed was marvelous! The location was absolutely perfect right on the edge of the gaslamp district, within walking distance of many venues. Walked from the convention center to the hotel with no problem. A great experience for both my wife and myself. We will be back. |

The proximity to restaurants and bars in the gaslamp district of San Diego as well as the convention center. Although not bad, you must appreciate modern design and decor. For example, were my wife with me on this trip, I am not sure she would have appreciated the glass shower in the corner of the room. Also, you must be into gadgetry as everything seems to have a remote control including every light in the room. |

Excellent situation. Staff were uniformly excellent. Comfortable room which was well equipped Pretty noisy but that goes with the territory and they did supply ear plugs |

The staff were friendly and willing to help and the design of the rooms were interesting if a bit too cool for their own good. I rated the hotel cleanliness as 'poor' because I found a cockroach on my night-table - seemed to have crawled out of the alarm clock. Was moved that first night - after a 24 hour plane ride, to another room - facing a courtyard- with no light or view of anything. I asked them to move me the next morning, which they did to another room of the same type. |

Great design, attention to detail (bathrobes, slippers, expresso machine, Bang & Olufsen tv and audio, early evening cakes ...), luxurious, comfortable, friendly & helpful staff, central location in Downtown San Diego. Bit noisy late at night weekends in street facing rooms but this didn't bother us - Gaslamp is an entertainment quarter, it's why you go there! |

High tech...interesting and unusual...great pillows... was startled at the moden italian contrast to the historic old old charm of the building...the staff seemed to accept the noisy scarey sounding elevator as "just how it is"...surely there is something can be done... |

Room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The hotel is located in the centre of Gaslamp quarter which is very noisy area on Friday and Saturday overnight. |

I stayed at The Keating last year when I was in San Diego for the same event. I returned because I liked the location, the hotel atmosphere, value, etc. The bed is wonderful. The second night I was there, I was awakened during the night by loud bangs, crashes, thumps on the floor, and found I was unable to sleep. This continued from 1-4 am. After I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff in the morning, they indicated that there had been other complaints. I felt, however, they did not act quickly enough to correct the problem. |

Buena ubicacion en el downtown de San Diego. Las habitaciones son demasiado ruidosas porque dan a la calle donde se localizan restaurantes y bares que funcionan hasta tarde. No tiene Restaurante. |

Lo stile, veramente unico: un'esperienza veramente irripetibile di lusso e stile. Lo staff, disponibile e puntuale. La posizione è perfetta per divertirsi nei locali del Gaslamp Quarter (centralissimo!). La colazione non è molto abbondante. |

nulla Un albergo dove è impossibile dormire, (però ci sono i tappi per le orecchie in stanza)! La nostra stanza (la seconda sera ce l'hanno cambiata ed è stato un po' meglio) era in un'ala dell'albergo che dà direttamente sui generatori di aria condizionata che producevano un rumore continuo notte/giorno assolutamente insopportabile, cui va aggiunto il rumore del bar fino alle cinque del mattino |
