The hotel is situated in a central position of Glasslamp, just close to pubs and evening restaurants.

The cost is too expansive in relation to the room offered. The rooms are fashion and well desined, but too small in size. The shower and the sink are part of the room.

very good location in the gaslamp quarter of San Diego; modern "Ferrari-like" design mostly in black and red; very friendly hotel staff

no view from the room, no common hotel facilities (lobby, gym, breakfast room), somewhat deserted (but admittedly it was Thanksgiving day)

The contemporary design, the amenities (large plasma TV, channels including HBO, ?-surround sound, tea/coffee maker, large open room, two shower heads, phone charger station-all phone charger varieties available), and services (free daily breakfast delivered to room, friendly hotel personnel, pet friendly- food, bowls, and bed provided)

Outside/environmental, city noise are somewhat of an annoyance during hours of sleep. Mostly, up until 2-3am secondary to Club Sway patrons. I don't recommend staying here if you are a super light sleeper. However, they do provide earplugs and soft soothing music, and your physician maybe able to prescribe you a sleeping aid.

The windows of my room were at the first floor (second for lift) right above the outdoor air conditioner fans. Really too noisy!!

Check in took too long and there was no bathroom in the lobby.

Good location, friendly staffs and moderate price. I recommend the hotel.

Penthouse was a little noisy because of the electric funs on the roof.

the beds are great, very comfortable.

The bathroom. if you go with a couple is fine, but if you go with a colleague there is no intimity at all. I would prefer an isolated bathroom, same style but everything in an independant room, so you can close the door and keep your intimity.

It was par above what I expect. More then what the corp. website showed.

The design of the room, the ammenities, the staff and the decor. The bed was marvelous! The location was absolutely perfect right on the edge of the gaslamp district, within walking distance of many venues. Walked from the convention center to the hotel with no problem. A great experience for both my wife and myself. We will be back.

Great design, attention to detail (bathrobes, slippers, expresso machine, Bang & Olufsen tv and audio, early evening cakes ...), luxurious, comfortable, friendly & helpful staff, central location in Downtown San Diego.

Bit noisy late at night weekends in street facing rooms but this didn't bother us - Gaslamp is an entertainment quarter, it's why you go there!

Amazing hotel staff! The bed was so comfortable.... I really enjoyed my stay.

Breaksfasts were not really healthy.

Très bonne situation géographique, en plein quartier historique de San Diego.

Beaucoup trop bruyant: aucune fenêtre ne possède de double vitrage, c'est une honte!! Que l'on entende un peu l'animation alentour, aucun problème car l'hotel est dans l'une des rues les plus animées, mais de là à avoir l'impression d'^etre en boîte de nuit dans sa propre chambre... un simple double-vitrage améliorerait déjà les choses.
