the suite is medium size and nice but good enough for a small family.
the location of the hotel is not close to time square and need at least 10 minutes walk to reach time square.
We were treated so well by your wonderful staff especially Lynda on the front desk.It made our 50th Anniversay a real occasion.
The room was fantastic with a view that was amazing. Ordered room service for breakfast ( which was excellent), just to spend more time in the room. Our daughter stayed in the living room on the most comfortable pull out bed you can imagine, and the rooms were sound proof so she could invite her friends over for a drink and we could not hear them. The hotel itself is in a perfect location.
We stayed on the 30th floor, right below the nightclub. During the week the music and dancing were not too loud, but Friday night the music was loud, the dancing heavy, and the base came through the ceiling. They provide ear plugs, and now we know why. However, when we turned on the air-conditioner, and turned the TV up a bit, we were able to fall asleep. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room below the 30th floor.
the king suite was awesome, the position of the hotel was great
I payed a wifi connection for the 4 days i was at the hotel, but the half of the time i couldn't connect my laptop cause of wireless problems due to the hotel...
Room beautiful, attentive service from bellmen. Clean and comfortable.
There was maintenance going on in the room above me and it was difficult to get my work done during the day. Loud banging.
Home away from home. Got all my requests for room..including 27th floor. Corner room with balcony. Everything was PERFECT!!!
The location of this hotel is excellent, but the prices are much less than its neighbor hotels with famous names. I loved the perzonal attention they gave my family. The doormen are the best, and my kids looked forward to visiting them whenever we were downstairs. Huge rooms, great beds, full kitchen, you don't usually find this kind of space in New York hotels. Loved the easy valet parking, which was priced well below what we've paid elsewhere.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff is the friendliest I've met in 4 years of traveling to NYC.
Ask about construction from the remodel. Try to get a room that is not affected.
Beautifully decorated and well stocked rooms. Very comfortable beds.
Great location and very comfortable. Walking distance to most places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really tasty breakfast.
Lifts were slow and had a few problems.
Location, large room
All I can say is you get what you pay for and from the time we stepped in the room to the time we checked out our stay was amazing
Loved our room with Queen bed and separate living area w/ pull out couch. Will definitely come back!
Everything was good.
Elegant rooms, incredible location, nice breakfast spot on top floor, good service. They're renovating now, hence better prices.
Room service prices were beyond outrageous, but it's New York! The elevators were having issues, so we took the side elevator and never had to wait much, unlike some other poor souls.
Comfortable rooms with great bedding.
Check in felt like I was not treated appropriately due to being of lower class than others.
Location Location right in the middle of NYC midtown. Ideal for shopping and business. Perfect. Excellent room service. Helpful staff. I liked the traditional furnishings very much. A change from the modern stark look you see everywhere.. Very good experience overall.
Nothing to think of comes to mind
Quiet, spacious suite. Very comfortable with well appointed amenities Great towels, Superb bed
We had a one bedroom suite with two baths. The cost was the same as many studio style rooms in Midtown New York City. It was very very comfortable.
There were elevator problems during the weekend.
Everything. The staff go out of their way to meet your needs and grant your requests.
The room was awesome... Bed very comfortable, clean and beautiful.
poor help in resaturant... sat for 20 min. before asked if we wanted a drink.. waitress never came back.. so we went to bar to pay our bill.. later that night we went back to have a cocktail..we waited 20 min. and they never waited on us again.. Maybe we were to OLD. We ate our dinner at another business
The bed was superb! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Suite was well appointed and comfortable.
Slow elevators. Balcony (a specific request) was undergoing renovation/unfurnished.
Location is excellent, room very comfortable and cleaning was impecable. Staff was helpful bot not actually friendly.
If you want wifi in your room you have to pay a daily rate of ~ 12 dollars... in 2014... Honestly?
Location - rooftop -
Very old furniture/ decor
Location, staff (bellman :)), enough large room for 3 people. Housekeeping was excellent and room was clean.
