The staff was very helpful and accommodating from the minute I stepped out of my car. Check in was very quick and I was on my way to a very comfortable room, and spacious. The free coffee, fruit and pastries in the penthouse area was a pleasant surprise. I/we will definitely try to stay there again.
Calming decor, comfortable, staff friendly
The location is fantastic. The room size was a nice surprise. Got use from the kitchenette.
Our first day there we found several hairs in the bathtub. It looked as if someone had gotten sick on the side of toilet. Housekeeping came promptly and cleaned it. The rooms facing the street are extremely noisy and very loud all thru the night. Would definantly request a room in back next time.
The location and the people.
Location Comfort of room Friendly staff
Can't think of anything
Staff is very friendly and helpful
great location and staff....plenty of space...wonderful view from roof terrace
Rooms were very spacious with living room, updated kitchen and balcony! Complimentary water bottles in the refrigerator and extra room in the fridge to put your own things.
Heating/cooling system needs an update. It greatly impacted our sleep. The windows and door leading out to balcony need some attention. Very difficult to open.
Every thing was great
Elegant. Perfectly clean. Excellent service. Rooms also have some kitchen appliances. Conveniently located close to Rockefeller Center. Good value for money. I definitely recommend it.
Loved the paper every day, NYT is the best. Room size was great as we're all other aspects of the suite.
Location and helpful staff
Cramped lobby with not very comfortable seating and the crowds that came in to use the roof bar and occupied the inadequate lifts (elevators)
Excellent rooms and a location I like, slightly away from the tourist area but only minutes away from Times Square or Central Park on foot. A great rooftop bar. One minutes walk to Smith & Wollensky.
The great rooftop was closed for private functions on three out of the five nights I stayed. This was only advised on the day by a flyer in the elevator. Not great!
Had a wonderful experience and stay. Booked 3 rooms for all the family. Very accommodating. Placed us all on one floor. Fun time.
Location is perfect for shopping & theater. Mini kitchen makes it easy to have breakfast or snacks in room. Suite enables parents and teens to have enough space.
We loved the location and the view was superb. We enjoyed relaxing in the suite after a day of sightseeing and eating in on some nights. Would definitely stay there again. Any requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Liked everything but would have liked some china coffee mugs and one or two microwave dishes with lids to reheat food the nights we decided to stay in.
Staff, Staff, Staff! From doormen, check in, concierge, bell staff, maintenance, to check out it was easier than dealing with family members. We did not partake in the restaurant service offered but will on our future stays. This is now are hotel of choice in NYC.
Having to leave
no NY times on Sunday.
No cutlery in kitchen or plates Always a heat problem We pay extra to Booking.com for Two beds in this suite. Front desk doesn't seem to get this message. They always ask us king or two doubles. We won't forget having our suite cancelled several months ago without letting us know until our arrival ! they have our email and phone number !
The staff was vey responsive
The internet wifi!!!
Old looking shower facilities; shower head should be modernized
Closeness to all the things we wanted to see and do.
Price of one bedroom suite with pullout sofa bed Spaciousness of hotel suite overall Large bathroom Wine glasses and corkscrew in room Good midtown location
Staff was not friendly or helpful Small, slow elevators Fee for wifi and the wifi was very slow Stale popcorn under cushions of pullout sofa bed - obviously not cleaned by housekeeping
Absolutely great room and experience. Large living room, nice kitchen area, large bedroom, nice bathroom... all clean and tastefully furnished. The hotel penthouse restaurant/bar has an incomparable view. The staff is friendly and helpful. We needed to curtail our trip due to my wife's illness and the hotel took care of the refund quickly and easily. Probably the best experience we have had on a vacation.
