Our stay at the Kitano was a very pleasant one. The room was a good size, very clean and it was a bonus having sound proof windows in a very noisy city. Bed linen and towels would have been changed every day but we opted to be environmentally friendly and chose to decline this offer. The bathroom products were replenished on a daily basis and the hotel provided slippers and robes. We did not use the hotel facilities therefore cannot comment on these. We had a very pleasant stay and would return to this hotel. |

Beds comfortable, spaceous room, quiet, and good location We would have expected certain facilities and services to be better for a hotel of this category: slippers and bathrobes were never ajusted for the number of guests in the room, poor refills of toiletries and complementary coffee. One would also expect WiFi to be free. |

The friendly and helpful front desk staff. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I asked several questions about local information, and felt very comfortable doing so, not an experience I have had at many other hotels. I would return for this reason. I would have liked an iron in the room. One was brought promptly when asked though. |

Great location. Bathrooms were large. Really like that. Rooms spacious for our luggage and still could move around with ease. Expensive breakfasts. Did not want buffet but seemed to not have a choice. |

Sauberkeit, Zimmergröße, Lage, Ausstattung - einfach alles da, Frühstück gab es bei Starbucks um die Ecke alles sauber, große zimmer, gute ausstattung, millenium hilton bot aber mehr |

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk gegeten in restaurant. Goede locatie en schone, ruime kamers, zeer voor NY begrippen. De douche deed het niet. Aangevraagde reparatie is in verkeerde kamer uitgevoerd waardoor wij op dag van vertrek 's ochtends niet konden douchen. Dit werd keurig opgelost doordat we in een suite mochten douchen, maar daar moesten we wel zelf om vragen. |

La situation de l'hôtel est idéale, le confort et la qualité de la chambre est parfait et le prix est intéressant vu les prestations fournies. Le concierge est compétent pour les conseils: réservations de tour ou spectacle. L'utilisation d'internet au business center est payant. |

・まず部屋が広く（30㎡近い？）、ベッドも大きくて快適でした。 ・バスルームが広く、トイレとバスタブが離れているので大変清潔感があるのと、バスタブに深さがあることも- 日本人には嬉しいですね。 ・こじんまりして、感じがいいホテルです。コンサバですが、日本語の話せるスタッフも多いので、日本人には- 安心感があります。 ・無料の靴磨きサービスが嬉しいです。 ・意外なことに、隣の部屋か上階の部屋の物音が夜中じゅう聞こえました。豪華に見えても作りが安普請なので- しょうか・・・？ ・ホテルの周囲にはデリや24時間営業のドラッグストアなどがなく、若干不便です。 |

La amabilidad del personal, solucionaron todo cuanto les demandamos de forma muy correcta, sin duda un hotel muy recomendable. El precio es elevado pero en linea de todos los hoteles en Nueva York, almenos la habitación no es pequeña ni vieja como en la mayoria del reso de hoteles en Nueva York. |

海外生活の長い私ですが、本当に日本人の事を理解しているホテルだと思いました。このホテルならば初めての- 方でも本当に安心して過ごせるのではないかと思います。ホテルスタッフの対応も部屋も大満足でした。高齢の- 方にもお勧めできます。部屋は広くスーツケースも難なく開くことができます。スリッパも用意されていました- 。もっと早くこのホテルに泊まればよかったと思いました。 2人の予約でしたが、入室したとき、タオル類が一組しかなくお願いしなくてはなりませんでした。すぐに持っ- てきていただけましたが・・・・。 |
