convenient location

room was smaller than I have imagined

Great location. Bathrooms were large. Really like that. Rooms spacious for our luggage and still could move around with ease.

Expensive breakfasts. Did not want buffet but seemed to not have a choice.

The clean cut look of the hotel and the area the hotel is in, both aspects appealed to my wife and myself

Everyone was very polite. Quarters were very quiet and the room was immaculate. Just blocks away from the hustle bustle of Grand Central.

too short a stay

the rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean and well appointed, and not small like many NYC hotel rooms - actually quite roomy. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. We dined at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent - as was the service. Overall i would recommend the hotel.

there was an error - the bookings.com transmission for my reservation for may 3 -4 was mis transposed as may 2-3 by the hotel, and while they were very accomodating - it was a point of stress since they literally only had one room left for the night of my stay. had that room not been available i think it would have been a disaster since the rest of NYC was booked solid for the weekend.

・まず部屋が広く（30㎡近い？）、ベッドも大きくて快適でした。　　・バスルームが広く、トイレとバスタブが離れているので大変清潔感があるのと、バスタブに深さがあることも日本人には嬉しいですね。　・こじんまりして、感じがいいホテルです。コンサバですが、日本語の話せるスタッフも多いので、日本人には安心感があります。　・無料の靴磨きサービスが嬉しいです。

・意外なことに、隣の部屋か上階の部屋の物音が夜中じゅう聞こえました。豪華に見えても作りが安普請なのでしょうか・・・？　・ホテルの周囲にはデリや24時間営業のドラッグストアなどがなく、若干不便です。

Optimal gelegen an der Park Avenue in Midtown. Jazzbar und Sushi-Restaurant im Hotel.

Parfait. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est tres sympa. L'hotel est parfaitement situe. Il est possible de laisser vos bagages a l'hotel meme apres avoir rendu les clefs. Tres bonne experience.
