Great location. Bathrooms were large. Really like that. Rooms spacious for our luggage and still could move around with ease. Expensive breakfasts. Did not want buffet but seemed to not have a choice. |

Everyone was very polite. Quarters were very quiet and the room was immaculate. Just blocks away from the hustle bustle of Grand Central. |

Room was immaculate & comfortable, location close to attractions but away from the craziness of time sq, paper delivered every morning. None that I can think of. I got exactly what was advertised on the website. Very satisfied. |

the rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean and well appointed, and not small like many NYC hotel rooms - actually quite roomy. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. We dined at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent - as was the service. Overall i would recommend the hotel. there was an error - the bookings.com transmission for my reservation for may 3 -4 was mis transposed as may 2-3 by the hotel, and while they were very accomodating - it was a point of stress since they literally only had one room left for the night of my stay. had that room not been available i think it would have been a disaster since the rest of NYC was booked solid for the weekend. |

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk gegeten in restaurant. Goede locatie en schone, ruime kamers, zeer voor NY begrippen. De douche deed het niet. Aangevraagde reparatie is in verkeerde kamer uitgevoerd waardoor wij op dag van vertrek 's ochtends niet konden douchen. Dit werd keurig opgelost doordat we in een suite mochten douchen, maar daar moesten we wel zelf om vragen. |

La situation de l'hôtel est idéale, le confort et la qualité de la chambre est parfait et le prix est intéressant vu les prestations fournies. Le concierge est compétent pour les conseils: réservations de tour ou spectacle. L'utilisation d'internet au business center est payant. |

・まず部屋が広く（30㎡近い？）、ベッドも大きくて快適でした。 ・バスルームが広く、トイレとバスタブが離れているので大変清潔感があるのと、バスタブに深さがあることも日本人には嬉しいですね。 ・こじんまりして、感じがいいホテルです。コンサバですが、日本語の話せるスタッフも多いので、日本人には安心感があります。 ・無料の靴磨きサービスが嬉しいです。 ・意外なことに、隣の部屋か上階の部屋の物音が夜中じゅう聞こえました。豪華に見えても作りが安普請なのでしょうか・・・？ ・ホテルの周囲にはデリや24時間営業のドラッグストアなどがなく、若干不便です。 |

La amabilidad del personal, solucionaron todo cuanto les demandamos de forma muy correcta, sin duda un hotel muy recomendable. El precio es elevado pero en linea de todos los hoteles en Nueva York, almenos la habitación no es pequeña ni vieja como en la mayoria del reso de hoteles en Nueva York. |

海外生活の長い私ですが、本当に日本人の事を理解しているホテルだと思いました。このホテルならば初めての方でも本当に安心して過ごせるのではないかと思います。ホテルスタッフの対応も部屋も大満足でした。高齢の方にもお勧めできます。部屋は広くスーツケースも難なく開くことができます。スリッパも用意されていました。もっと早くこのホテルに泊まればよかったと思いました。 2人の予約でしたが、入室したとき、タオル類が一組しかなくお願いしなくてはなりませんでした。すぐに持ってきていただけましたが・・・・。 |

Parfait. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est tres sympa. L'hotel est parfaitement situe. Il est possible de laisser vos bagages a l'hotel meme apres avoir rendu les clefs. Tres bonne experience. |

Chambres vastes. Vue exceptionnelle . Personnel discret et efficace. Pas de bruit la nuit. Un starbuck tout à coté. Le restaurant scandinave à coté de l'hotel : Un vrai scandale au niveau du service !! |
