>bed very comfortable >shower very soothing >good selection of cable programs I am the guest that asked for your assistance in finding a forgotten spiral notebook on 09/22/14. motel's response was very appreciated RH Benedict, Pooler, GA
>kitchenette should have some utensils:(knives/forks/spoons on hand + spatula, pot, skillet. >lack of Coca-Cola products in vending machines (not on 2nd floor) > looked at the eggs every morning and could not bring myself to heat them in the microwave - not very appealing. look for an alternate selection.
It's exceptionally convenient if you have business on the Ft. Bragg installation.
Comfort wise, it's about at the same lelvel as the lower level major chains such as Days Inn or Ramada Limited. It didn't go out of it's way to be special. The attitude seems to be You're in the Army and you'll take it like it is.
Close to good eats.
Facility was very clean. Rooms could be updated but for the price comfortable.
We were not aware it was physically on base and were required to get a visitor pass before entering. This was not a big issue, just an unexpected issue. Breakfast was not much to get excited about.
It was clean and good for our purposes
Many unknowns like we did not know we needed a military pass to get on base and pass gate is a long way away. Also the gate closest to the hotel closes at 9:00 PM and so again that is not visitor friendly
Average rooms, average hotel.
Nobody or website bothered to tell us we need background check and military pas s to get to the hotel. Bad experience
The staff was above excellent in being helpful and friendly to a very tired traveler. Big shout out to them!!!
Proximity to shopping and dining Free continental Breakfast Plenty Parking
No kitchenette’s available No suitable for extended stays Rooms are dated
The quick check-in/out Breakfast Zillion TV stations Good sized rooms and bathroom In-room coffee, mini fridge, microwave.
the room was really muggy and humid. the wi-fi didnt work well. the rooms were dim and the carpet and overall feel seemed old and dingy. It was over priced for the quality.
Nothing specific other than price wasn't much different than off post.
The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was eager to please and very polite. The facility was extremely clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job of freshening the room. I will definitely be staying again my next trip to Fort Bragg
Very friendly staff! Wonderful service. This is the perfect place to stay, and located so conveniently on ft. bragg!
was just down the road from my child
was a little worn on the edges. clean and quiet but bathroom had chips and cracks
Location is safe and close to everything. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet.
The bed smelled stale. The heat was either too hot or not enough.
The hotel is convenient if you have business on base.
Staff was NOT knowledgeable of local area and didn't even know the hours for the exchange. The hotel was overpriced. You could get a room at a nice hotel off base for the same price and more amenities. The room was outdated and not setup for stays longer than a couple of days.
It was very quiet and close to places I needed to visit.
it was located within walking distance of the commisary and exchange. the breakfast was good.
the young woman who was working the breakfast area was unfriendly. the rest of the staff was awesome.
the whole staff was very helpful and friendly
wish breakfast had lasted till 10am.
great location- value for the money
extras added on at the end- the maid did not finish putting the second bed back together the last night
broken furniture, stain carpet, small bathroom
it was close to seeing our son on base close to alot of stores and museums room and grounds were very clean staff was friendly i liked that you had a laundry facility breakfast was warm glad you had a dominos pizza around the area
you didnt have a pool had a hard time finding hotel maybe need more signs on main road or on base
