    Convenience and price

Room had areas that were dirty, ceiling had dust from AC/Heater clinging to it. AC vents dust, under the bed you could clearly see heavy dirt/dust layer while sitting in chair. The lounging chair was old and armrest were worn and dirty. TV was old style 20" and picture quality was very poor.

Was fantastic! Everyone that works there is so nice and very helpful. Especially with directions. The Continental breakfast was outstanding. I don't think I've ever had a better breakfast anywhere else. Room service was excellent too!

It was very hot in the hallways. Not too much of a big deal though.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the price was economical, and breakfast was included; especially so close to the end of the season!

There were too many people hanging around at night-outside, in the halls, and we could hear through the walls. I would've had a better sleep if housekeeping wouldn't have run the VERY, TOO loud vacuum in the hall: Loud PM/ Loud AM= ugh insomnia

Pleasant staff. Room was ready on time. Convenient on-site parking. Good location.

Dated furniture with scratches. Old rug. Peeling wall paper. Old TV. Room at front of hotel was loud to outside traffic, even though room was located on the 7th floor.

First they had regular house keys to the hotel rooms ( very old!). The room we stayed in had two double beds but the extremely thin comforter had burnt holes in it from smokers, when I had asked for a smoke free room! Also it looked like blood stains on the comforter as well. The bathroom mirror wasnt clean and had toothpaste marks on it. It was a room connected to another room with paper thin walls and doors. We could hear every word of our neighbors conversation, whom we did not know. We finally asked them to quiet down. There were working men right outside the window at 7:30am with trucks and it was pretty loud. The 'river' behind the hitel looks like a sewer, iys no where near as nice as online makes it out to be!

Reasonable value. Close enough to restaurants...quiet

Was confusing to find, but that is due to town layout and one ways..GPS had me in circles. Bed was hard..but all in all a safe clean place for a night

Central location, near highways, large room, great lobby and breakfast, excellent parking, great views from my top floor room (7th). I would definitely stay here again. For the price it is a great value.

For the price, it is a great value. TV is old, but completely functional. Bed sheets worn, not really crisp and fresh-looking, but functional. All noises and talking from next room surprisingly audible. Fortunately, they seem to have retired fairly early and did not disrupt my sleep during the night.

It was in a good location, with a quaint little main street nearby. Friendly desk clerks and nicely decorated. Beds comfortable and air worked great! We had view of river, so it was sort of pretty. Decent place to stay...would stay again.

Our room was not cleaned very well while we were there. The beds were made, but ridiculously lumpy and messy! Floors were not vacuumed and towels were left on the floor. Our toilet paper ran out and they did not replace it.

I was taken back by the fact that even though a complimentary breakfast is served from 6 - 10 AM they are still filling up the bagels, english muffins, fruit until the very last minute for us late time arrivers! I have been in many other "fancier" hotels where they do not fill up as is closes in on the 10 cutoff.

that breakfast was included and the location for Soulfest was good. We have stayed at the Landmark for 3 yrs when we go to Soulfest. Overall happy with our stay.

Breakfast when we came down at 915 am was not as much selection as hoped. It said that there would be pastries and there weren't any .My son said the wifi wasn't very good. Elevators were slow.

the staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

I found a piece of a broken earing in one of the beds and the elevators are for patient people.
