Quiet room, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
There was a little bit of exposed flooring near the radiator but that's being picky.
Our stay was fine and comfortable for the one night we stayed. It was a very good price, clean and quiet. Having the continental breakfast was a plus because I love my morning coffee and eat a light breakfast. Not having to run out to get something was nice.
the location was perfect, very easy to find. the view from our room magnificent. that hot cup of coffee in the lobby, made my morning
no complaints at all
Great staff, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, more than satisfied with the two night stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again for the next trip
Staff was professional and friendly
Unpleasant smell throughout hotel and in room (probably the old carpets everywhere) Rooms are in serious need of makeover (old bedding, walls dirty, etc.) Complimentary breakfast could have had a few more options instead of just a muffin or a bagel (peanut butter was past due)
The bedside lamp did not work. The side of the box spring on the bed was disgusting, it looked like someone vomited on it. The TV seemed to be from the 1970's. It was a cold, extremely rainy monsoon kind of night so we were soaking wet when we arrived. THE HEATER DID NOT WORK in the room. It would turn on and seem to short out within seconds. We had to sleep in our clothes bundled up like a cocoon. The heater did finally warm to over 80 degrees by about 4am so we awoke from our bundled up state sweating half to death. I was very happy to leave this hotel.
Good location for what we were doing in the area. Nice staff. A little breakfast in the lobby to get you going in the AM. All this in a beautiful part of the world.
Only one thing was annoying. Around 2 AM, a late arriving couple took room adjoining our and were noisy. Not intentionally, just loud voices....what can you do. Otherwise nice experience in a superb vacation area.
the rooms were clean if outdated and the staff were very friendly
being from another country i was not aware the are that the hotel is located is a little scary (especially at night). Drug dealers and vagrants... needless to say i did not go out after dark. The elevators are also very old and one broke down while we were there.
I liked the location...close to the main highway 93 and lakes region. Also, the hotel itself was clean, cozy and priced right.
Nice clean room breakfast bar good location pricing great for area
only complaint heat lamp in bathroom could not be turned off unless lights were
We only wanted a bed for the night due to attending a wedding in the area. The price was right, mattress hard but slept good.
Thought it was a smoke free facility but saw 4 cigarette burn holes in our bedspread. Did not look for others. did not smell smoke. continental breakfast ok
Reasonable price Good location Free breakfast, wifi
No sound-proofing. I can hear people talking from the other rooms
The location is great, only a few minutes get Lake Winnipesauke. My favorite is the clean room with its copper keys!

Carpet should me more clean in common area
Location. Night staff person helpful when questions asked
Hairs all over bathroom floor. Stained towels.
The price was great and the staff was friendly.
Decor in rooms and bathroom was super outdated and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
Facilities were somewhat dated but updates were all good. Overall it was a great value for the money. Exceeded our expectations. PS: The note at the bottom of these two windows says "200 character minimum." Shouldn't that be "maximum"?
The Wi-fi seemed to give a lot of errors - losing the signal. Not sure if it was a weak signal or something was wrong with the router. It could have been my computer but the computer was working well both before and after our visit.
Convenient location to the surrounding are events
Room was not so good ! Dirty windows, wall paper coming down , seemed a bit rundown!
POOR ACOMIDATIONS ROOM DID NOT MEET MY EXPITATIONS SUPPLIES SUCH AS TOLET PAPPER 1/2 ROLL WITH NO SPARE SAME WITH TISUES ,OLDER TV LOCK ON DOOR HAD ISSUES FOR THE PRICE I EXPECTED BETTER
King-size bed & room was quiet
Tub didn't drain properly.
Poor, skimpy continental breakfast. Very load at night, due to hallway doors that close off sections of rooms. Had to call staff during the night to calm down a party
Friendly staff, good location, great rates. We rented some rooms to crash in during the Reach the Beach relay race. We were only there for a few hours, but we were happy to have a warm, clean place to shower and nap!
Outdated, beds not super-comfy.
Had to buy air fresheners room smelled tobacco badly
Convenience and price
Room had areas that were dirty, ceiling had dust from AC/Heater clinging to it. AC vents dust, under the bed you could clearly see heavy dirt/dust layer while sitting in chair. The lounging chair was old and armrest were worn and dirty. TV was old style 20" and picture quality was very poor.
Loved the price
