The room; the beds were really comfortable. The staff; everyone was friendly, from the housekeeper to the front desk. The surroundings; very relaxing. The cost of food, sundries and parking. Seven dollars for a small bottle of Pepto Bismol is way too expensive (although I'm glad you had it)! Also, $5.50 for a paper cup of coffee is pretty ridiculous.

We loved the location. Was a chance to get away and reconnect. Honestly the pillows are way too hard. Feather is nice but for support of the head, well it just gave me a headache.

Old charm you don't get with modern hotels. Classic. Expensive on site food. However, fun adventure finding local eateries. Beautiful homes around the area. Must have a car. Hotel will provide access to one. Go Bruins!

Beautiful location, luxury hotel with many amenities and huge numbers of staff. Transport provided to the Huntington Library and Gardens nearby. Enormous room, looking out on the grounds. A place for personal pampering, if you have plenty of time to enjoy everything on offer and like being waited on by very well trained staff. Compulsory valet parking, preventing easy access to our vehicle, breakfast options surpisingly limited, few TV channels, no grab rails for safety in the bathroom. Thick mattress savers made the beds uncomfortably hot and difficult for sleeping. Hourly charge for fast broadband, or else 24 hours free access to very slow Wi Fi service seemed particularly mean considering the overall cost of the stay.

Very old, they charge for everything, parking, breakfast, internet, and the said 5 star hotel and not is at least 3 star. Horrible stay!!!!

We were unexpectedly upgraded to Club, and enjoyed the free, excellent breakfast. Staff was uniformly helpful, and so was the advice we got about Pasadena from the concierge. Our room was very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely setting with great on-site facilities. The only thing I didn't like was being forced to use Valet parking as this was not always very practical and a little slow.

The hotel was extremely luxurious. The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble. My mother was in a wheelchair and she was treated like royalty. The food was very good too.

Очень понравился отель, уютный красивый как дворец, изумительные интерьеры, чистота, много зелени. Номер просторный с выходом на балкончик. Отличный СПА комплекс с замечательной горячей ванной -джакузи и фруктами. Предупредительный, вежливый персонал, вкуснейший стейк в ресторане на террасе. Рядом (на машине 15 минут) Голливудские холмы. Много пожилых людей. В отеле не курят на всей территории. Время летит слишком быстро:)

很有品位和历史感的一家酒店，地理位置属于洛杉矶的富人区，酒店价格很合理！ 唯一觉得需要改进的就是房间的隔音不是太好，而且房门关门的声音很大 ！
