the location in Georgetown is superb no breakfast in the hotel (apart from served at your room). parking is a problem; only expensive valet parking available; the lifts are really slow |

Its central location in the middle of charming Georgetown We couldn't open the closet by half because cramped quarters forced the night stand to be up against the closet door. Also, we would have liked getting our own ice, when we wanted it, and not have to arrange to have it brought or go to the front desk to get it. |

Room was very noisey, possibly from water pipes. Television didn't work and could not be fixed. "King" bed seemed more like queen size. No shower soap bar. Bathroom layout was a little too European for me. |

Location! Very nice restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Chairs and curtains in room old and needs to be replaced. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. |

clean & tidy, good location, not to big yet still personal. I did not like the fact i booked the rates online & total price was inclusive of tax yet when i checked out the latham hotel charged me TAX on top of this..it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Also, the rates in general where expensive and over priced for what we got. |

The staff is friendly and efficient, it's like staying in your own apartment in town. The location is great. They have a great french restaurant (Citronelle) |

The location was great. It is literally right in the middle of Georgetown. It seems like the hotel is in desperate need of some renovations. Charged $32 a night for parking. |

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and of a decent size. The location is fantastic right in the middle of Georgetown. The air conditioning was extremely loud, even after a technician was meant to fix it. Loud enough to wake you up throughout the night. Lucky it was cooler at night you could turn it off without being too uncomfortable. |

It was conveniently located and clean. They were doing construction on the street which meant jackhammers at 7:30am. I think we should have gotten our movie free of charge for the noisy morning. |

The location (in Goergetown) The hotel was not so bad, ma our room was without window (it was walled up)!!!! I know that there will be a renovation in our floor (the 5th). I hope that it will mean also a window for our room. The staff was non-existent. |

La situation de l'hotel est optimale, les chambres sont propres, le personnel gentil et efficace. Nous reviendrons là lors de notre prochain séjour à Washington L'absence de breakfast buffet qui rendrait cet hotel imbattable |

Centrally located in Georgetown on M Street, steps to dozens of restaurants, shops and the waterfront boardwalk. Nice towels! rooms are small, bathrooms miniscule, decor is tired |
