The customer service during check in was great. Lin was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.
The comforter, chair cushion and decorative pillows had stains.
Staff was accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere was good, and their amenities where a plus. Some things could've been better; the towels, which are white, were mostly stained and needed to be replaced, my door was not locking properly, and I caught a peeper looking into my room! The major problem I had was with other customers who park right outside my room, and not theirs, and would set their car alarm everytime they did so!
The towels, too stained, my door room 134 didn't lock, and other people not being quiet at a respectable time!
Very clean. Good air conditioning. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast choices a little sugar heavy.
I liked it all. The price the amenities.
The only thing was that when we stayed there, there was an incident with someone else staying there. Although it didn't involve us it did wake us up at 3 in the morning.
I liked that the property was quiet and felt safe.
No soap in the shower dispensary. No paid channels hbo, starz, Cinemax or showtime
I got the king w/ spa room which I thought would be the best room. The spa was nice but the room was seriously outdated. I thought that by getting an expensive hotel room in a not so nice part of town the room would be great, but it was average.would not recommend.
There was construction going on literally right next to the room, intrusive noise of saws etc. Not cool. Also the door wouldn't lock which is not good when you are in this particular part of Anaheim. Still waiting on my $100 room deposit.
It was very quaint
The location was horrible..n for the money on a week day was over price. I could hear the street traffic unable to get rest. The only reason I stayed here it was 10 min away from my destination
Decor was good. Had an old world feel. Functional kitchen, so great for family trip. Housekeeping very nice.
Kittens outside my room.
Friendly staff Clean and nice lobby
Deceived by internet pictures. We reserved a family suite months before our 10 day Disneyland vacation and left after 2 nights. Our family sweet was a one bedroom apartment that was severely outdated and dirty. The kitchen region was lacking in utensils, plates, and bowls. The grounds were not well maintained or groomed the pool region was disgusting with mismatched chairs and tables with ripped cushions or no cushions and a hair ball in the pool. Nothing about our stay felt safe or comfortable. We left after 2 nights would have left sooner but was trying to talk myself out of how bad it was. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
We booked this hotel through booking.com, specifically for the jacuzzi hottub for our honeymoon. We booked it about 5 weeks before our arrival, only to find out that the jacuzzi room wasn't available because booking.com had an old listing. Not only did we get degraded in our room, but booking.com sold us an out-of-date listing, and Lemon Tree didn't bother to call us to tell us the listing was old! By the time we arrived and found out this information it was already too late to cancel our room and find another place! Not only that but the floor in the room was dirty, the sheets smelled like dust, cigarette smoke, and sweat. We had to sleep on top of the blanket we had brought so we wouldn't be laying directly on top of those foul-smelling sheets.
Always friendly staff. Very convenient to Disneyland if you drive. Beds super comfy and very clean rooms. Air conditioning worked excellently. Already planning our next visit and will stay at The Lemon Tree.
No microwave in our room.
I liked everything no noise everything was perfect great location planning on going back mid august if not for sure in December.
It was a good hotel for the money. It had what we needed.
Needed a little updating in the rooms as far as decor. Kitchen needed more kitchen supplies such as silverware. Parking was difficult
This is vintage with all the modern conveniences including a large flat screen TV, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot as well as the usual conveniences of hair dryer, iron, etc. Our room was very quiet. The furnishings are authentic or reproductions of Latin American styles. I loved the real tile floor in the bathroom! The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. The main hall and lobby are decorated with trompe-l'œil lemon trees. The lobby offers a constant supply of delicious, cool real lemonade. We had stayed in this hotel four years ago and the shrubbery was "very" lush. I took pictures of the hibiscus, bird of paradise, and other plants. It has now been pruned "very" close and planted with roses, but within a year or two it will look much better. As a gardener, this is a constant process. This year the spider lily was the prize flora. The staff was very helpful in planning our day trips. (The hotel location is very convenient to freeway access, shopping areas, and grocery store.) The maid service was excellent and the continental breakfast had awesome coffee! There is an on-site laundry. There is a patio area complete with barbeque. I can easily envision an evening fiesta with paper lanterns beside the koi and swimming pool. This is not the Hilton nor does it have the austere feeling of the typical motel; I love the vintage feeling. For me, it is like time travel with all the comforts. The price is truly beyond compare for such a pleasant stay.
The parking was something of a challenge on busy nights, but there is safe on-street parking. To avoid a ticket, be sure to check which night there is street cleaning! The Internet connection was hit or miss in the room but much better in the lobby.
Close to Disney.
Dirty rooms, carpet and pool. Few broken things but after complaining they fix dem.
Staff friendly and very helpful. Wi-fi was intermittent hence the lower score. Rooms adequate but air conditioning was slightly noisy. Location excellent straight off main road. Good selection of breakfast items. Access to toaster tea coffee etc.
Adjacent rooms occupied by smokers and smell wafted in via air conditioning system. Not very pleasant! Not very well insulated between rooms. Rather noisy family next door meant lots of late night noise which was easily heard within our room even TV noise was easily audible.
Near where family lives.
Old, and run down.
nothing in particular except they refunded me in full after my first night with no questions asked.
They down graded my room and did not adjust price. The down grade was due to the fact that there were maintenance workers in my room at chek in. Not a good start. The landscaping was in awful shape. I don't know what looked worse...the dead plants or the dying plants. The pool had so much chemicals in it you could not see the bottom. There were cigarette butts in the fish pond. My electricity went out 4 times the first night, then again for good the next morning. When they said they were going to move me again, I asked for an upgrade at the same price. They refused. I asked for a complete refund, they refunded me in full. I will not stay here again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
Everyone was friendly an the hotel was in a great location. It was clean . And a good price for.
The only thing I would recommend is a little more updating of the rooms and hallways. The carpets tend to give off a musty smell which bothered my daughters asthma . Other than that all was really good:-)
Spacious room, relaxing jacuzzi in room
The windows were thin so it was very loud sometimes
We lived in hotel 4 nights, they only cleaned our room once....
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Very good and inexpensive.
