Historic hotel, beautifully appointed. Excellent attention to guests needs. Choice of dining facilities. Friendly professional staff. Spotless rooms, hallways, washrooms and common areas. Well situated to all attractions and easy access to transit - great subway system.

Superb service! I was delighted to be met with an upgrade to a king room and bubbly on arrival. My room was beautiful - spacious and perfect for a weary traveller following a long-haul flight. I couldn't fault the service. The ambience was wonderful too. The architecture, interior design and foyer music had that old world charm which added to the experience. 10 out of 10 for service, location and facilities. I will definitely recommend the Lenox to my family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unlike many hotels in this range, the Lennox does not charge you for every little thing: the water is complimentary, the gym is free and open 24 hours a day. Kristi, the concierge is wonderful, Justin seems to be in a hurry. Colin, at the front desk is a credit to the hotel and is a credit to the hotel. I remember him from just calling in. He is definitely management material. The Friday afternoon manager needs to be a little more accomodating and the hall ways on the upper floors need a little updating.

Staff was the best I have ever encountered and location could not have been better. The size of the beds were small. The food in the restaurant was terrible. For a high end hotel I expected much more from the restaurant. We ate at the City one, not the irish pub.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location good. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have come across. No in room facilities for making a drink. No in house bar facilities until 4.30pm. The one attached was dark at anytime of day.

We enjoyed the location and attentiveness of the staff. The hotel was clean and we would love to return for another visit with the exception of another bed. The bed was not comfortable and we didn't sleep well as it was soft and uneven.

We appreciate the comfortable beds and having a quiet sleep; most of the rooms we have stayed in over the years are quite spacious - good when you are 3 or 4 to a room. However, this time the room was a bit smaller...and on this occasion there were the four of us. We enjoyed the pub for a mid afternoon snack and the restaurant for breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful. In the big picture we enjoyed our stay and will most likely be back again. The room we occupied this time was a bit small for a family of 4. (My wife along with other family members has stayed numerous times over the past - 10 years). The t.v. placed on the one dresser in front of the mirror and no lighting over the large full size wall mirror was disappointing. The desk appeared a bit tired. This was the worst room my wife has ever stayed in at your hotel. The breakfast was good - she missed the opportunity for a delicious gourmet offering she has had in the past.

The hotel was centrally located to everything and the staff was fabulous. I joked around about the hgtv channel being staticky and they comped our breakfast. Great hotel will stay there again on our next visit.

Loved the kind, family, friendly feeling. And of course the smell. Yummmm. Nothing really, but...the beds weren't that comfortable, I was on 11th floor so no down, could have been the reason. Food at the city table didn't meet expectations for the price.

I stayed at The Lenox two nights with my husband and our two daughters. We were greeted extremely well - the staff was extremely professional and only wanted what was best for us - always making sure we were ok. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was also excellent. We would definitely stay there again

Great location. This is old and smelly hotel and my stay was miserable. I was in Jr. Suite on 11th pure® floor that supposed to have state-of-the-art air purification. Despite an assurance that I would enjoy a perfect night’s slumber I couldn't sleep, because of noise from faulty plumbing in a ceiling. Instead of having a breath of fresh air I was struggling to breathe because of renovation on the same floor. When I complained they offered me free breakfast moved me to a quiet room on 3rd floor. "Quiet" room was anything, but quiet. Street noise from traffic kept me up all night and construction noise from a building next door wouldn't let rest during a day I understand that Lenox is a historic hotel and Duke Ellington composed there, but times have changed and it needs to renovated. I will not stay in this hotel in a future.
