Staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Facilities were excellent. Room was not made up on the last day and as we had visitors coming to see us in our room it proved to be embarrassing. |

The staff were very pleasant. I arrived earlier than the usual 3 p.m. check in and I was not only given a room immediately, but received a room updgrade. No - it was very pleasant. |

Absolutely friendly staff; quiet room, excellent hot coffee in the lobby early in the A.M. Picky, I know, but I had breafast in the Azure -excellent, friendly staff, but oatmeal (my usual breakfast) was really runny, thin. Sorry, but that could have been better. |

The friendliness and courtesy of the stay, the cleanliness, the decor. There was no way to make a cup of tea in my room...I am used to some kind of kettle for making hot water. Why? If you don't want to put one in every room, have some available for those who request it. |

EVERYTHING!!!! They were especially good with bathroom facilities for those with accessibility issues. But everything was elegant, tasteful, and sophisticated. |

The hotel staff was great, very friendly, knowlegeable and informative. They very much made you feel welcomed and at home. On my return to boston I would definetly choose the Lenox Hotel again. Found the washrooms in the rooms just a little on the small side. |

General feel of comfort Minor room deficiences - wash basin and bath plugs inefficient. Clothes closet had loose mirror. View 50% 'not charming'! |

El lujo,a pesar de ser americano,se puede considerar 5 estrellas.Muy amables y serviciales.Buenisima ubicación,no necesitamos taxi para ir desde la estacion de tren,cerca de Beacon Hill y zona de compras.Newberry street. Todo muy bien |
