Location, location, location .... Close to great restaurants, sights and sounds. Good vibe! Wonderful historic area of Boston.
a little expensive for quality
One of the beds had " crescented" and should be replaced
Shame it didn't have a pool.
Spacious room very comfortable with everything you need water, toiletries, bathrobes etc. Very quiet we did not hear noise from other rooms. Great breakfast with good choice. Excellent location.
Everything. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The staff continually went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
Staff location view
Very good location, close to back bay train .station, less than 10 minutes walking . In the center of Boston, walking distance to everywhere
Floral scent they pump through the lobby is overpowering, thank goodness we couldn't smell it in the room.
Central location, cozy atmosphere, helpful staff.
Staff could not do enough to help - concierge was wonderful!
Can't remember one, unless I can blame the hotel for the couple of mornings I awoke with a hangover!!!!
The welcome and friendliness of all hotel staff and all so helpful. This hotel is perfectly located for our needs of relaxing walks, dining and shopping.
everything was fine
Air condition was noisy.
Expensive breakfast. Bad coffee (but that is generally in the US).
The service - all the staff is great!
It was perfect
Great location. Fabulous room. Incredible staff. Comfortable bed.
We extended our stay an additional day because of a blizzard. We were snowbound and the city was shut down. But the hotel offered free movies and a goodie bag of popcorn and candy. It was a nice touching gesture that made hunkering down with the kids all day a memorable one.
I did not have any bad experience
The reception, checking in and checking out
I like using the stairs and these are the nicest I have seen.
The fact that staff seems happy to be there and remembers our faces - though we visit only about 2-3 times a year. We know our expectations will be met.
Location Friendly staff Amenities In room dinning
Noise from hallway.
Location, room size and quality.
Staff is great and never says no, go above and beyond
The signature smell in the lobby! The City Bar was great too
Would probably eat out next time as food just average
Brilliant atmosphere with lovely Christmas decorations
I would have rather not left my room for coffee each morning. Either had to go downstairs to the lobby or leave the hotel.
I loved the location of the hotel. It was near The Prudential Center and all the shops on Boylston and Newburyport Street. Easy to get a cab with or without help from the staff.
Awesome hotel - great large rooms, great staff, great facilities (restaurant & cocktail bar & Irish bar on site - yet doesn't create any noise/excessive foot traffic for guests at all). Just cannot fault this hotel in any way to be honest
