Built in 1925, the historic Eliot Suite Hotel is in Boston’s prestigious Back Bay neighborhood.
Score from 429 reviews Wonderful
Overlooking the famous Boston Common and Public Gardens, this historic luxury hotel features in-room massage services and a fine American restaurant. The Boston Opera House is a half-mile walk away.
Score from 885 reviews Excellent
In downtown Boston, this redesigned boutique hotel is just a short distance from attractions like Boston Commons and Newbury Street.
Score from 1580 reviews Excellent
On Boston's historic waterfront, the Seaport Hotel features on-site dining and modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. The Silver Line Bus Station is conveniently located next to the hotel.
Score from 694 reviews Wonderful
Convenient location in Back Bay district. Close to Newbury street.
Tiny room scandalously expensive. In-room (#301) ventilation was rather nosiy. Heating was insufficient and it was impossible to get more that 68°F in the room. I had to wait 30min to get back my car from the parking valet. Restaurant is expensive as well, noisy and food is of average quality.
If your shopping in Boston, The Lennox is in the perfect location, The staff were all really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help you. Would definitely go back. They also gave us a bottle of wine and Lindt chocolates for our friends birthday.
High quality service. Love the ambiance, taking coffee at the lobby, next to the chimney. Best location
Love this hotel. We stay here every year we come to Boston. Ticks every box.
I love everything about this Hotel! The size of the room is amazing (I was in 608), the style is classic but with a modern flavor that I really like! They have a wonderful staff, very friendly and diligent. The location is in the middle of everything, you can walk anywhere.
Location, Personnel attention, facilities and Room comfort
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room
The location of this hotel cannot be beat! Near two T stops, shopping restaurants and running trails along the Charles River. The interior of the hotel has an old fashioned plush feel to it which you don't see very often anymore. I felt like Eloise on vacation!
The Lenix is not a huge hotel so it has a very personal feel and the staff are genuinely attentive. Great location. I am not a frequent visitor to Boston but I am 2 out of 2 for staying at the Lenox and will stay there again if I return.
Staff were really friendly especially the reception staff. The quality of the food served in the bar and the dining room was excellent. We were really surprised. There was loads of space in the room even though we were 4 adults. Highly recommended and hope to return. Thank you.
Some confusion over the charge for tea and coffee to the room. As there are no hot drink facilities in the room you have to order these drinks. Plus tips I paid 20$ twice for a pot of coffee and lukewarm water. The front desk said they would take it off my bill but I paid cash each time.
a very well maintained boutique hotel; very spacious room and a very comfortable bed; very helpful staff. a cozy fireplace in the lobby excellent location at the hearth of Boston
Great location, staffs are friendly,
Bathroom a bit too small. You cannot take a bath in a baby bath. WIFI doesn't seem to connect all the time,
Location was perfect, within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants and the metro. Staff in the hotel were excellent, room was spacious, very comfortable and spotless. Will be back!!
Quiet, comfortable room and very helpful staff. Handy for the airport shuttle.
There is no lounge as such for guests to linger in and it was impossible to get tea or coffee served to ones seat. There were jugs of ready-made coffee set up from time to time and fruit juice but one would expect coffee to be served freshly brewed as one requires; a teapot is unknown.
Pricey for what you get. Older rooms.
Fitness senter small and inadequately equipped.
Rooms were fantastic size, very clean and very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apart from my comment below our stay was faultless.
The bathrooms were small and in need of an update.
The location is just perfect for most of Boston downtown. There are lots of places to visit and eat nearby. The hotel is elegantly decorated, but it could be better and more luxuriously maintained.
Very pleasant hotel with helpful staff, ideally located to see everything Boston has to offer. Would definitely stay here again

the business centre 2 printers do not work.
Great hotel. Great location . Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend it.
Service was excellent. The hotel has a small intimate feel. The staff was pleasant eager and able to help. The team spirit especially evident in dining venues.
I would have preferred being a bit closer to the Quincy Market area but value and ambiance made up for that.
warm welcome from staff with complimentary bottle of wine in the room, along with a personal note of welcome. complimentary morning coffee available in the lounge. room very comfortable. food in the Irish bar of a high standard.
no written information about hotel facilities in the room
Liked the location, ambience and polite staff. Morning coffee and tea in foyer
Bathrooms outdated, city table dinner was of mixed quality, great starters, average mains, staff unattentive
