La gradevole e confortevole atmosfera, la posizione strategica, la cortesia, disponibilità e competenza del personale. La camera era spaziosa, accogliente e molto confortevole. il bagno è piuttosto angusto. |

Bellissimo hotel, anche la struttura (palazzo storico di Boston), in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Camere belle, pulite e molto confortevoli. Gentilezza e premura di tutto il personale senza essere invadente. Acqua fresca sempre e caffè la mattina gratuiti. Sul sito parla di ottima vista della città: non certo dalla nostra stanza! |

La posizione centrale rispetto alle attrattive turistiche Talvolta la poca cura nel riassettare la camera (il copriletto è rimasto per giorni sulla poltrone, i cuscini di abbellimento rimasti per terra, gli articoli da bagno non rinnovati quotidianamente) |

The place was immaculate, a very well preserved/renovated historical building, and absolutely lovely. Staff were so helpful. The arranged tours, taxis, dinner arrangements--anything we requested. Location to Boston sites and tours was perfect, and the room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Really, really enjoyed our stay. |

I found the staff to be very friendly and obliging, and it's nice to be greeted with a smile, and that's what we got at the Lenox. Would very much like to return to this hotel in the future. |

Location is top-notch; staff has a "can-do" attitude, with a bias toward saying "yes". Complimentary morning coffee was a plus; and the in-room list of things the hotel is willing to supply in case you forgot to take them with you was very charming and welcoming. Workout room lacked natural lighting. |

The location is great, the rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bar in the lobby is to be recommended. The bathroom was tiny. No view from the room, only onto a brick wall. |

Staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Facilities were excellent. Room was not made up on the last day and as we had visitors coming to see us in our room it proved to be embarrassing. |

The staff were very pleasant. I arrived earlier than the usual 3 p.m. check in and I was not only given a room immediately, but received a room updgrade. No - it was very pleasant. |
