Coply駅にも近く、Locationは抜群でした。

設備が古く、エアコン調節がうまく行かず。また歯ブラシや髭剃りもなくすべて細かくリクエストしなければな- らなかったのが手間でした。

Barの雰囲気が大変よかった

5-Star service, large spacious rooms, best location in Boston! You can't do better than the Lenox!My sisters and I, and our kids, and my mom stayed for a week at the Lenox. Our party of 8 stayed comfortably in two Junior Suites (rooms 721 and 921). These suites were larger than the suites on the other side of the hotel (room 711). (We were originally given 711, and the hotel accommodated our request to move to a room ending in "21". The rooms were bright with natural light, spacious (with plenty of room for the kids and adults to stretch out and horse around), clean and well appointed. It didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel room, rather that we were in the family room of our home. And the views from our room were wonderful, looking out on Boyleston, and a beautiful sunset every evening. Location of the Lenox is ideal. Just down the street from the shopping and eating at the Prudential Center, and Newbury St., a short walk from Boston Commons, and a longer walk from the Freedom Trail and Faneuil Hall. T-station and Amtrak Backbay Station are right next door. However, what makes this hotel really stand out is the service, which was EXCEPTIONAL. Some examples: The front desk team discovered that my son was interviewing at nearby schools, and sent up a care package complete with notebooks, stationery, and snacks to get him through the week. They asked every evening when we arrived back "home" as to how his day went, which gave him that bit of extra encouragement. In another incident, my youngest nephew got lost in the hotel after wandering off. The front desk team took such good care of him, staying with him, giving him the Lenox kangaroo to keep him company, and an assortment of chocolates. Impressive service, that which made us feel safe and well taken care of, and right at home. A big shout out and thanks to the team at the Lenox.

historic hotel, well maintained and renovated

The people who work there are great.Always welcoming , the girls at the front desk gave my daughter a book about college because she had found out the reason for our trip to Boston was to look at colleges.The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable.The Lenox had the best staff that I have ever experienced. A memorable stay.

The staff, comfort of our room, and the general appearance of the hotel itself. Location, helpfulness of staff also remarkable.

It felt very cozy for a hotel in the heart of Boston, great location, very nice and helpful staff, would stay there again.

I like a coffee maker in the room and there was not one.

The location, free wireless, maid service, toiletries (Aveda)

The towels and robes were rough and did not smell fresh, It took three calls and speaking to bell man to get a roll of toilet paper, The room service food was inedible. One of the desk employees was flippant.

Service, location. Staff very kindly upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge for our family of five. Could not fault ambience & class of this hotel.

A return trip to the Lenox for us and it did not disappoint. We love this hotel! Superb staff, friendly and efficient. Bed linens are heavenly, room very 'old world elegant.' With shopping, historical sites and parks within walking distance and a taxi stand right outside the door, what more could you want? We'll definitely return again.

The staff were nice and the room was spacious and light. I especially like it when there is a ceiling lamp, and very few hotels have it. I was very pleased that there was ceiling lighting at lenox.
